Very nice place and clean. Snack basket and coffee bar were nice amenities. Beds were comfy. Tennis rackets and equipment were available for use. We did not use the courts while there since we had other things planned on our short weekend getaway. Carol was very responsive to questions and assistance. We would stay again if we are in the area in the future.

It is a great place to stay located by a lot of things. I stay there because my friend I come and see lives in Four Colonies so easy .

This rental was very warm and welcoming. We arrived and there was a little snack basket. Plenty of towels and a beautiful bathroom. Awesome backyard and an overal great place to stay. The host was great to deal with as well. I highly recommend this place

Beautifully decorated townhome that is very cozy in a nice quiet neighborhood. Host was easy to contact with questions and made sure we were taken care of.

My wife and 3 year old son absolutely loved everything about this property. Amazing location to top everything off as well. Will definitely be back next time we are in town!

This was the perfect little townhouse and community for our family of 4.

I was looking for a place for my bridal party to get ready for my wedding at the Thompson barn. This place was perfect. Our host personalized a sign for us congratulating me on my wedding. There is a room with makeup mirrors and mother room that had an area perfect for hair although a mirror would have been nice in there. The beds were comfortable, however I’m not sure how comfortable the futon would have been for sleeping.

Absolutely adorable little place! Owner was quick in replies and had a binder of all instructions for quick and easy check out!

My family really enjoyed our stay. Really great location right off of I35 in Lenexa. The space was clean and very fun design. My kids loved the arcade table.
