Stayed Mar 10, 2025The house was wonderful and in an amazing location. Everything was close and very easy to get to. Our host was super responsive and we had no issues with the house, would absolutely recommend people stay here we had an amazing time!!!

Stayed Mar 12, 2023We stayed at this property that is super-convenient, just across the street from Angel Fire resort, right on the shuttle route. Had some pretty views. But for the amount we paid, I was underwhelmed with the interior. Everything is dated, except for the brand new washer and dryer. The carpets and rugs kinda smell. The beds are hard as rocks. The second bedroom has a door, but one wall totally open to the living room below (like a loft) and not a great place to put a kid as they can hear everything. The TV has a special algorithm to get working. And there is no on-site trash pickup. You must bag your stuff daily and drive it a few miles away to the city trash/recylcing area. I think with a few updates and a little more love this place can be great.

Stayed Feb 17, 2023First of all, I loved the location! It was absolutely awesome! The house was very clean and nice. The appliances were fantastic and the layout was good for our family and comfortable. However, that is where the positives end. The property management group was honestly a disaster. I got a text from the manager two weeks prior telling me some details of the property. However they gave no pin to enter property. As we arrived the day of check in, I was getting nervous and started reaching out. She was non responsive. After calling Evolve multiple times they finally got a hold of her. She had apparently changed her number. She gave me a temp pin, but this was after we were waiting in the car for an hour. Needless the say the temp pin expired the next day, so I had to call her again. She had my phone number wrong, so I was not getting her texts…even though I had talked to her previously through my number. The house‘s space could have been better utilized, but not my choice. The internet was good, but did not work on the tv or dvd player, so no Netflix. When you connected to the internet you had to check a box and confirm. My guess that was the reason the internet wasn’t connecting to anything. Also, the house was not well stocked in my opinion. There weren’t even extra trash sacks for the main trash can. Also, the beds were so hard none of us slept. The last thing you want after skiing all day is to lay down on a board. Lastly, no hot tub as advertise

Stayed Jan 26, 2023Overall the stay was great and location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and the house was very nice. The only small issue we had was it advertised satellite TV. But the service was not working. Other than that small thing I would stay here again on our next trip back to Angel Fire.
