Very Private 2 Acre Waterfront Lake House w/ Pool & Hot Tub - optional bunkhouse

Very well appointed and comfortable property, but in reviewing our stay in particular, there were definitely things that could have been improved upon for the price. There were about a dozen cows on the property when we arrived and we didn't mind the cows as much as what they left all over the lawn. Thankfully, we didn't have kids with us or they would have been stepping in cow manure all day. It was everywhere. The TVs worked intermittently and the TV in the pavilion area by the lake didn't work at all. In the owner's defense, they're aware of this and working on it, but that pavilion was the main reason we booked this property and it was unusable. The fridge in the bunkhouse was leaking water all over the floor and we had to plug it with towels. The dishwasher stopped working on our last day. We had an issue with ants in the kitchen on the interior wall, which means there's a problem there. Nice place...but this property had more issues than any rental we've been at and the owners didn't make us aware of any of them before we arrived.

Cool place to visit during summer

This place has everything you could want. Beautiful surroundings and excellent amenities. Plenty of space for multiple families. Some of the stuff outside was pretty dirty “cob webs, dirt, etc” but inside was immaculate. The bunkhouse was a nice space but a few things could use some attention (bathroom door didn’t shut, refrigerator bottom was exposed). Overall great experience though.

I took my family of six plus five of my kids’ friends. We absolutely had a blast. We brought our boat and jet skis and had such great time. I grilled food every night as the sun sank over the lake. I highly recommend Chad’s lake house!

The outside amenities were amazing!

We had an amazing stay at this lake house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for both relaxation and fun. The real highlight, though, was the outdoor entertainment areas—absolutely perfect for gathering with family and friends.From enjoying coffee by the water in the mornings to grilling, lounging, and watching the sunset in the evenings, every outdoor space was well designed and inviting. The lake views were beautiful, and access to the water made it easy to fully enjoy the location.Inside, the house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The host was responsive and made the entire process seamless.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with fantastic outdoor entertainment areas.

It was a great view of the lake . Kitchen was well stocked. Would have given 5 stars if the beds were more comfortable.

This property didn’t disappoint! It was just as advertised on VRBO. Very clean, well equipped, spacious, and with amazing sunset views. We caught largemouth bass off the deck, enjoyed the hot tub, cooked great meals on the patio, built a big fire in the fire pit and relaxed. It was a great place for family and friends to reconnect and we would definitely return.

Amazing property. Plenty of space and privacy

We had 10 ladies at the property and it was fantastic. We floated in the lake, swam in the pool, cooked meals, went to Hemingway's for dinner, and thoroughly enjoyed watching the cows. Our only complaint was that there weren't enough kitchen towels. We would highly recommend and one of the girls is already planning another trip there.

This was out third time to stay here and it always amazing. Hosts are quick to respond with any questions, house and grounds are beautiful and very clean. The only issue we had was the condition of the pool. We were told someone would come and skim it the first day but that didn’t happen. The water was very murky even after us skimming and running the vacuum. However, this did not stop the grandkids from enjoying every minute of the pool. Overall, an amazing stay once again.

Great place to relax for the entire family! We fished every morning, swam in the pool or jumped off the dock in the afternoon, sat by a fire or in the hot tub in the evening.

Perfect place to stay!

A group of us have been coming to PK for the past 5 yrs. This house by far has the best outside area, from lounging, swimming, cooking and more. The house is beautiful with large windows facing the lake in every room on the rear of house. It was very clean and stocked plentiful.

We picked this house for our family vacation. There were 6 adults and 2 kids in our group and the house was plenty spacious enough for us all. The pool was a major hit with the kids. The house was clean and spacious enough for us all. The outdoor area was absolutely beautiful. Very large outdoor space with plenty of seating, 2 separate fire pits, outdoor grilling area, and a well maintained dock for fishing or boating. I had only a few questions for the owners and they were very quick to respond. There was one issue with a light in the pool broke on the 2nd day after only being touched but after I informed the owner and told them that if they needed to keep our deposit that I understood but they were very gracious and let me know I wouldn’t be charged. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet peaceful getaway. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This property is truly amazing. My son had a tournament at Rocker B. Ranch and this was the best place for us to relax in between games. The owners were also very responsive. I would love to go back and visit someday.

The location on the lake was perfect. The house was as in the pictures and overall it couldn’t have been a better stay. Great communication with the landlord. Take advantage of the outdoor activities and amenities, super relaxing retreat.

Very nice property with great amenities and plenty of space. Would be 5 stars but for the fact there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in any of the bathrooms, which was an odd miss given how well stocked the house was otherwise.

We wanted to have an unplugged, laid back Christmas and this was the perfect setting! The house was equipped with everything to make our stay enjoyable, relaxing and just what we needed. Highly recommend!!

This was our second visit to Reel Point. It is a great place to relax with family. Plenty of space to spread out. The property is nicely decorated and the outdoor property is great with beautiful views of the lake and sunsets. Would diffidently recommend to anyone wanting a lake house at PK.

It was a Great place for the entire family. From the little kids to the adults. Lake and pool were perfect. Only issue was air conditioning could not keep the house cool. We will definitely go again.

What more could a family ask for? A fire pit for hotdogs and s’mores. Big pool for the girls to relax, fishing dock for the boys. Kayak, water board, Fantastic outdoor living space. Fully equipped kitchen, and everything was as described. Will be back.

We will absolutely be staying here again! The property was clean and ready when we arrived. The patio and pool kept everyone busy all day when we weren't on the boat or dock fishing. Thanks for the great week!
