Perfect location and great house. Everything works like it should. Great backyard near the water.

Reviewer Comments: Great family vacation house was clean With all the trees around the pool it was hard to keep it clean. Pool needs a little work. The one step in is broken.Short bike ride to beach or we had family drop us off. The twin bed was too soft son didn't like the foam topper they have on it. The king has lots of spots where it sinks in. I understand they get many renters sleeping in those beds. No problem with check-in. Second time renting here and would definitely rent again.

It has remained well maintained and very clean. Great light, plenty of space. We did see a gator on the edge of the yard near the water so be careful! (Though that will be true at any house here) Nice selection of games, books, and puzzles for kids, along with large pool. The only negative was many of the nonstick pans in the kitchen need replaced. We'll be back!

Location was perfect- easy access to bike rentals, Shelter Cove and the beach. Will definitely stay again. The house was very clean and nicely furnished with all amenities.

We love the house and the location. The AC works great and the house is stocked very well. The TV in the living room is new and has all the smart features expected. Just a few items to note that we also saw in previous reviews:-The low flow toilets are a pain. They don't always refill, or the water leaks out of the tank. Maintenance came by and replaced the seal on one, but it did the same thing most of the week. -Might be time to replace master BR mattress. Not about the staff, but Palmetto Dunes Staff:-This is for Palmetto Dunes staff who monitor the Hospitality App. If you tell customers you will monitor the app, please monitor the app. I sent multiple messages that went unanswered. I finally called and emailed the front desk and my issue was handled immediately. Also, the house code in the app was correct, but the house code on the check in card was wrong. Just created some confusion because the front desk staff said to use the card not what was in the app.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023We had a great stay at this property. House was updated and very clean. We really enjoyed the large pool and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. Kitchen was well stocked and nice touches like a drying rack in the laundry room. We will definitely look to book again.

I contacted Palmetto Dunes management company 3 times. I was told the pool company was scheduled for Wed. & Fri. They would not just come out. They finally showed up Thurs. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS PERFECT!
