Stayed Jun 14, 2025We were happy with the location of the rental - close walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. The property was clean, well maintained, casual and welcoming. We enjoyed being able to use the garage to store beach equipment. The backyard was nice. The outside shower and water hose were handy for sand cleanup. The floor plan was great. The beds were comfortable. Our stay was very enjoyable. We would recommend the vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at the property, it was quiet and located close to a beach access point. The backyard is large and nice, however note that as of June 2024 the yard is NOT fenced in. Some of the older reviews mention a fenced in yard for pets, which is no longer the case.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wish the back yard was fenced in. It also needs to be maintained better. Low Dead limbs hanging over stepping stones so you had to walk around. Shrubs were over grown. Just needs to have a lawn company get the back yard in shape. The dishwasher door wouldn’t close unless you lifted the counter top a little bit to get it to close.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969With little ones who needed frequent trips back to the house, the location was perfect for us! The house is older and doesn’t have a lot of updates but it’s great for kids and exactly what we needed. Jekyll is always a magical place for me!
