Very Comfortable Family Friendly Home In Town W/ Open Layout & 500 MB Internet!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was spacious and very well appointed with just enough decor to make it homey, but enough space to put our things. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Although this is a pet friendly home, there were no signs or smells of pets previously being there. The communication with the property owner was outstanding. The backyard is huge and fenced in. The neighborhood was beautiful. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful and spacious house. Had everything we needed, no working tv, but not owners fault.. must have been messed up by last renters messing with cables.

Everything was great, the VRBO itself was clean, and had great amenities. The backyard was GORGEOUS.

The house was clean, the completely fenced yard was huge, and the living spaces were comfortable. The host was responsive and the house was furnished nicely. We cooked all our meals on our vacation at the house and the kitchen was filled with all our dining needs (pans, pots, plates, glasses, etc.). Close to many off-road trails and hiking areas as well as stores.

The home is very spacious and comfortable. Stephanie was quick to respond when we initially had trouble working the fireplace, offering suggestions and assistance to ensure it was working for our stay. The king beds and bedding were amazing and we enjoyed the large backyard.

My family and I had the best time! The location was perfect and home was such a nice get away! Hosts were friendly and easy going too!

The house has a nice large shady backyard It was great for our large malamute. The kitchen was nice with nice up-date appliances and the laundry room has large clean washer and dryer. Beds were very comfortable. Location was is great. Close to NAU and downtown. Great hiking trails at back of neighborhood.

The house was as advertised. We enjoyed having a living room where we could congregate but had privacy in our own rooms. We stayed here to be in between The Grand Canyon and Sedona. The only suggestion I would say is we were from Wisconsin/Minnesota and the packers were playing in Phoenix that Sunday. It would have been nice to have a channel we could have seen it on the tv at the house. Overall a great place for our family.

Property was clean and very comfortable. Mattress in main bedroom was perfect not to hard , not too soft. The location was close to everything we needed. Gym and grocery store less than 5 minute drive to. Close hiking/ running trails too. During our stay , my husband worked remotely , internet was very reliable. Host/ hostess was very easy to communicate with. She responded quickly and answered any questions we had.

Very clean home! Comfy beds. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes. Nice large backyard with seating areas. You can tell the host enjoys hosting because of the cute extras. They had a big jar of qtips, makeup removing wipes, soap and lotion for all sinks, and good shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just FYI - you can definitely hear the train and lots of helicopters in this area. It wouldn’t keep me from coming back, but be prepared if you’re a light sleeper.Overall, a great home for a trip away!

We have stayed at this home several times and always really enjoyed it. It is spacious, very clean, has a terrific backyard, and is in a good location.We will be back, and I would highly recommend it if you are going to be in Flagstaff.

This home is very lovely, extremely clean, huge backyard and host were wonderful to work with as we were traveling to the area for a dog show with multiple dogs. They house was very comfortable and the neighborhood very quiet.

We loved the house and yard. Our Scottie had a great time safely exploring the yard. And we enjoyed relaxing in the cool summer weather.The house was clean with plenty of linens, towels, soaps and lotions, and little amenities that made it lovely. The kitchen was very easy to cook in. Some small appliances either did not work or were incomplete. (Mixer with no beaters)There were inconsistencies with written material and instructions vs actual equipment in the house. Some were mentioned in the online verbage but did not match what was in the house manual. It was inconvenient and a bit frustrating, but could be worked out. Most dissappointing was a total lack of communication from the owner. Others we have rented from always have acknowledged emails of arrival and answered questions, no matter how trivial.Would we stay there again? Maybe.

Coming from PHX to celebrate a HS graduation and this home was perfect. Easy to access location, quiet neighborhood and big backyard for our dog to enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

Had a great time up at Flagstaff. The house is clean and well decorated. Well stocked dishes / knives and cookware, which made meals in east to do. Also great trails to take your dog on if you brought one otherwise great for the people too!! Thanks

We have stayed at many VRBOs and I will say this one was the cleanest one we've stayed in. It is in a location that is close to restaurants, stores etc... but when you are there you feel like you are further out. We always travel with a sound machine so the noise from trains was a no issue for us. The house is decorated very tastefully and it was a lovely place to stay while in Flagstaff. I will definitely stay again and will recommend to our friends and family. As a plus, the backyard is fenced in and was safe for our pug to enjoy. Very nice rental!

We purchased a can opener that we are leaving at the house as the can openers at the house didn’t work we also purchased a couple scratcher pad sponges for hand washing dishes as none were hereGrill propane tank needs to be filled as it’s getting lowI used one of your hard plastic plates in the microwave not realizing it wasn’t microwave safe leaving a burn mark on the plate I’m sorry about that!We had a Great experience and will recommend your house to others coming to visit the area!

The house is pretty close to everything and getting around was easy. We didn’t have a lot of chill time as we were pretty go-go-go every day but what little downtime we had was comfortable. The beds were also comfortable as all of us pretty much crashed out every evening. It was cool that we had access to streaming services too.

We came up for a quick weekend to visit my son at NAU. This property is about 10 minutes away from campus. Very close to everything you need (restaurants/shopping etc). The house was very well stocked (we cooked breakfasts each morning and use the BBQ). Plenty of kitchen supplies. The house was very clean; loved the bedding/sheets. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Very clean and well maintained. My family and I were able to get comfortable and relax after a long day of snowboarding. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. My two small dogs loved the big back yard. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy all Flagstaff has to offer.

We came up for a snowboarding trip and the home is in a great area. 10 minute distance to downtown Flagstaff, 30 minutes from Snowbowl. The home includes many amenities and the owners are extremely easy to work with and have excellent Communication. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying in a VRBO property. We had an awesome experience. We brought our dog for his first vacation and he had a blast as well. It is close to downtown and other activities found in Flagstaff. We will definitely stay at this property again when we visit Flagstaff

Very well appointed and great location. Of all the VRBO’s we’ve stayed in this was by far the nicest and most organized. The directions in your welcome book were greatly appreciated and my communication with the host Stephanie was the best. I would highly recommend this property and would book it again. Our family and dogs had an awesome time.

The home was super clean and very well taken care of. There were plenty of towels and linens for our group. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked with all necessities. The location was away from the hustle and bustle yet easy to get around.

The house offers multiple seating options to enjoy the spacious fenced backyard. I enjoyed coffee and a book while our pup explored. The neighborhood provides access to mt Elden hiking trails.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's clean and cozy home in Flagstaff. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped for cooking. We especially enjoyed lounging on the large sectional in the living room and admiring the Ponderosa pines in the backyard from the seating on the back patio. The yard is large and fully fenced, perfect for a dog. The location in east Flagstaff is convenient for shopping and eateries. Although the house is close to the highway, that did not bother us and we did not hear any traffic noise inside. We would definitely stay here again.

Micro reunion with 3 couples. All the guys were undergraduate physics majors together in the late 60s. Really enjoyed Sunset Crater Volcano, Walnut Creek Monument, the Lowell Observatory, and the Riordan Mansion. The VRBO house was perfect for relaxing and catching up with old friends.

The location was centrally located and had all the amenities we needed for a family gathering in Flagstaff.
