House was clean and cozy and had a lot of nearby amenities. Owners had good communication

This house was spotless and clean when we walked in! We cook wherever we stay and they had all the basic kitchen utensils needed. Beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

There were a few things that needed repaired or replaced. Left a note at the house about them.

Nice place to stay for the price. Not extravagant but adequate to get a good night sleep and make a meal if needed. Activities included hiking, site seeing, shopping and visiting friends who were staying in Lake Havasu.

The house was great and area very quiet. Unfortunately the ad had not been updated since furniture was changed and the advertised sleeping availability was incorrect. Owners were very attentive and apologetic and offered a partial refund due to their advertising error. I am awaiting the refund. I would stay here again knowing the updated info if it suited our needs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in Lake Havasu, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The rooms were immaculately clean, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable, even during the hottest month of the year. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. Having access to the garage was an added bonus, offering extra convenience and security for our stay. Communication with the host was seamless; they were always available to assist whenever needed, which added to the overall positive experience. In short, this property is the perfect place to stay for anyone looking for a getaway or vacation in Lake Havasu. I look forward to returning on my next visit. Highly recommended!

This home was perfect for our family needs and the managers were highly receptive and communicative. Very easy to follow instructions, great location in a quiet neighborhood and not far from ANYTHING! The home is clean and well maintained, amenities are as advertised, and our stay VERY enjoyable!
