Verbena Vista - Events Are Welcomed!

They family room was large and provided a great location for our family reuinion; 5 bedrooms were very spacious with 4 bathrooms; only negatives were fire pit didn’t work for us and the bbq needs to be replaced, the heat was centered in a small location; the checkin process was great and the host responded quickly to every question both before and during our stay! Overall a great location for a large group and the price was very reasonable; also dearer hot springs was a great location for Palm Springs and site seeing in Joshua tree! The views were wonderful

A fun weekend with friends in a relaxed atmosphere

This property has a very large open great room and kitchen with several couches for larger groups. Kitchen large with island but no bar stools. Cabinets somewhat overstocked with appliances so storage space for bought groceries is limited to back counter. Home needs some minor repairs to make it excellent. Mario was responsive and even bought extra folding chairs for us to use during our stay. Loved the views and the kids really enjoyed the grass in the backyard. Biggest disappointment was all the extra add on fees which totaled more than the cost of the rental since we had more than 6 people. Extra charges include children, even infants. (We had 4 small girls with 6 adults). We had a wonderful family reunion here and even with the minor things listed, it was still a wonderful home.

A gorgeous spacious house with a great view. Plenty of space for serenity and relaxation with friends One criticism is that there are not enough extra towels or linens in case they are needed.

Beautiful location. Could use some repairs (faucets in the bathrooms, kitchen cabinets could use an upgrade, chipped paint in bathroom closest to the main door entrance, outside railings need replacement, outside could use a painting as well). Upgrades will make the property outstanding. Consider adding counter-height chairs at the bar.

Great home for socializing. Terrific view of the desert. The host went out of his way to accommodate us.

My family rented this for the Christmas break and it was an AWESOME location to gather and celebrate. The views and design are eye catching and relaxing. The fire pit provided a place for the family to gather and relax in the evenings. The owner/manager is very accessible and helpful. Altogether wonderful!!

Had an amazing experience holding our wedding here over the weekend. Mario was incredibly responsive and accommodating, and the property is just gorgeous. Can't wait to visit again!

I chose this house to host our wedding, and it ended up being the perfect venue. The house was so spacious, beautiful, and with many rooms to accommodate our family. The view of the mountains from the backyard was wonderful!
