The kids in your crew will have a blast between the splash pad and playground featuring 2 water slides, while the adults can ease all their cares away in the bubbling hot tub, the perfect relief for your feet after long days exploring.



Just 3 miles from Old Town Kissimmee, a great family night out is moments away from your front door. You’ll also be 7 miles from Disney Springs and 6 miles from the Loop Kissimmee, surrounding you with many dining and shopping options along with a Regal movie theatre. Immerse yourself in the lush surroundings of Florida’s nature scene by visiting Shingle Creek, where you can kayak the serene waterways or enjoy a leisurely pace on the walking and cycling paths.



Inside this newly furnished home, bright, open spaces invite you to relax, unwind, and connect with loved ones during your well-earned downtime. The cozy living room features plush sofa seating along with a smart TV for streaming all your favorite entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen showcases brand-new stainless steel appliances, glossy granite countertops, and rich dark cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Dine in at the chic table with seating for 6, or head out to the lanai to dine al fresco at the shaded table for 4. This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 5 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the loft.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #5 includes 2 full size beds, dedicated workspace, and a smart TV.



The home also includes a half bathroom and 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and walk-in shower and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.

• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.

• No street parking and no overflow in the community

- Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.



The group-friendly accommodations at Veranda Palms are located just a few miles from all of the incredible parks and attractions this area has in spaces, including Epcot, the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A little further out, you can visit SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Studios Orlando.



Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 13 miles away and features the Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, more. There’s truly something for everyone!
