Vegas Themed--Jetted Spa--Pool Table--Near Strip

The house was close to everything I needed, it was clean and everything worked perfectly! Very comfortable and enjoyable time I would definitely recommend and stay there again on a future trip!

Property is as advertised. Pool was nice, house was very clean. Shopping was super close such as Sam's and Walmart. Did use the hot tub once but it was over 100 every day so the pool was the go to. About only 15 minutes from everything on the strip. 35 minutes to Hoover Dam. Only complaint is figuring out how to operate all the lights, minor issue. Manager was quick to respond to any questions.

Overall, the place was a positive experience.Plenty of space, and things to do at the home with arcade games, a pool, and hot tub. About 15 minutes from the strip, closer to the airport. We only had a small issue with updating the door code for us to get in but hosts were responsive to fixing that so we weren't outside too long. We did not have paper towels but owners addressed that and sent a whole box for that and addressed any other immediate concerns. Some minor home upkeeps but it didn't affect our stay. Overall great stay for 6 and my friends and I really enjoyed our selves with the space and time together.

Everything in the add was correct. Although we didn’t use the pool table or any of the other games during our short stay, they were in good condition. The Spa worked fine and was clean. We would definitely rent again.

Property is in an excellent location, close to many restaurants, the interstate, and Vegas. Had fun playing with the foosball and air hockey tables!

I booked this Vegas-themed rental for a family vacation celebrating our two sons' July birthdays. We were absolutely blown away by the decor, cleanliness and overall condition of the rental property. It actually looked even better than the photos! The host, Christina, was friendly, responsive, and professional. Prior to our visit, she had cooled the home to the perfect temperature and made sure the pool was sparkling clean. Everyone loved the game room and festive, yet stylish decor. The home was well-appointed, and Christina & her staff had thought of just about everything guests would need to have an enjoyable, hassle-free stay. Wish list: It would have been great to have at least one pool umbrella to provide shade during peak sun hours. We bought one at a nearby department store, but wish one had been provided. Also, there were minimal food storage containers. We cooked most meals, so we struggled a bit in this regard. At the top of our wish list would be an outdoor grill. We were surprised that a vacation rental with a large outdoor space and a pool would not have a BBQ grill. However, we realize that certain HOA's prohibit them, which may have been the case. Just something to be aware of so you can plan your meals accordingly. With only a few 'wish list' items to have made our stay even more enjoyable, I would consider this Vegas-styled home to be among our favorite vacation rentals. I highly recommend booking this wonderful property for a large group Vegas trip!

The place was just as described and was better than expected. It was very hot while we were there 110 and the pool was the perfect temp and got sun most of the day. The house also stayed cool. The host Christina was very responsive and so nice and helpful. We were even able to check in early. My kids loved all the games and things to do and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved all the Vegas decorations and details in the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was as advertised. Clean and well stocked. Lots to do on property and location had tons to offer! Just 15 minute Uber to the strip. Only thing we needed and didn’t have were chaise or lounge chairs for by the pool. Thank you.

We were in town for the Dead & Co. Show, and wanted a retreat to have family bonding time. House is nice, however, we arrived and pool pump was inoperable and pool and hottub had not been cleaned. Manager got them out the next day and resolved it. Otherwise nice property and nice stay.

Our stay at this home was great! The property manager was excellent with her communication with us. We enjoyed the games available inside the home. We also played some card games and put together a puzzle- all provided on the property. The house was located in a great location as it was a short Uber ride to the strip. Our only complaint was that the pool had a lot of stuff floating in it. Everything else was wonderful!
