Vegas Retreat with heated pool/spa minutes from Harry Reid airport & the Strip!

Very responsive owners. Pool table was real fun. Bathrooms were clean. Backyard pool didn’t look like photo.

Our host was very accommodating and responsive. The house was clean and conveniently located. Great place to stay while enjoying Vegas!

The host was extremely responsive and accomodating the house is spacious clean and modern.. the pool and hot tub were great. We even got our flights delayed and were sble to stay longer to accomodate i will be staying again in dec.

We had a great time...plenty of space for 6 adults and 1 baby and 1 toddler.

Great house for family trip to Vegas. Kids enjoyed the pool. Close to the shows on the strip we were there to see.

Frederick and Kimberly were very responsive and helpful. Their communication efforts were excellent! The home is quite large and the layout provides privacy. The pool table was a focal-point of our stay. My niece and sister-in-law used the pool and really enjoyed that also. The property is pretty central to Henderson, the airport, the Strip, Summerlin etc. - so that was nice also!

It was awesome for a fun, quick weekend getaway!

This place is very roomy. We were excited to use pool and hot tub but didn’t notice the pool costs extra to heat. The hot tub has a schedule to be heated, which we didn’t know about and was not heated a lot of the times we asked for. There also was no mention of the fee for dogs when we booked. It just said pet’s welcome.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We drove out of Las Vegas on day trips (Hoover Dam, Death Valley) and LOVED being able to come back to the pool. It was a perfect private situation. The sleeping accommodations were wonderful for our group of five adults and 4 children. The back yard was enclosed and that made it so easy for keeping track of our dachshund. The owners were great to answer a question. I highly recommend this house.

We came to Vegas for a convention. It was wonderful to come home from being on our feet all day, and eat a homemade meal, watch TV, and soak in the hot tub each night. The home was clean and comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. They were accommodating to my needs. We will be back.

Check in was very easy. We arrived early and our host was gracious and accommodated us. They were very responsive. The home was clean and exactly what we expected. Very spacious.

We had a wonderful stay! We brought our adult children to Vegas, some of us for the first time! This VRBO is a short ride from the airport and not far from all the action! Loved it!

The house is as advertised. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. The pool is actually quite large for a backyard pool and the hot tub felt great after a long day of watching softball. Good communication from the owner and overall it was a great place to stay for a few days down in the desert.

Nice to have large TVs in every room. Pool table was a plus. Fairly guiet neighborhood. Is close to airport and Thomas Mac center.

Would highly recommend. This was our second time staying here, we enjoyed our stay. The owners were very proactive and accommodating. We had an incidental, they were very kind and helped us correct the situation. Communication was quick.

We loved it. Perfect for what we needed! Clean, and loads of space! Nice pool area to relax. Just a short uber drive to the strip! The host was accommodating and very helpful! Would definitely stay again!

Cozy but also very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. The pool is large and refreshing.

While the owners ask (kindly) for 5 star reviews and while I deeply respect that this is sometimes one’s livelihood, I also want to be honest with others. I felt that charging $50/hr for early check in when the airline changed our flights and we had 3 small children with us was just not aligned for me. That said, owners did share this upfront and did offer us to check in early for $200.00. I also do not appreciate that the pool in this photo looks like it’s in a beautiful, secluded space where when the truth is, there are no trees, greenery (this is photo-shopped) and all nearby neighbors can see directly into yard/pool etc. That’s (not) a problem; but you should be honest because it’s truly a different experience than having a private, serene space. Overall the house is clean, well-kept, and the communication was fine. Owners do need to look into red ant issue by pool/in hot tub & id suggest that if you advertise heated pool, then it should be heated. Future guests would probably like to be able to use the hot tub without sending a schedule because it’s controlled remotely.

Quiet neighborhood, close to everything.

Checkin process was easy. The house is just as described and portrayed in the listing. House is clean and up to date. The room setup was conducive to our group of two families with kids. We stayed during the heat wave so the pool, pool table, and AC-controlled house made our stay pleasant. Frederick and Kimberly were very responsive to 2 matters we had. We hope to book again!

We enjoyed our stay in your home. The pool was wonderful! The only thing I would recommend is updated cookware although I know how hard people can be on it. You won’t regret renting this beautiful home!
