Stayed Apr 23, 2025The house is well kept and beautiful. the decorations were themed and fun but not in a hokey way. The hot tub was the highlight of out trip. A amazing after long days in Cosplay. The one critique I have is the beds and storage. The beds are not for the faint of heart or old of age. I would absolutely rent again but I would bring my own mattress topper or two. Also there is limited clothing storage non of the rooms have dressers.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Mostly pleasant stay, however, I wish they had sent the agreement before our cancellation date had expired. It forced us to agree to things that weren't in the original rules of the house or lose our money.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024We really liked the house but had a couple of issues on day one. After the first day all was fine. When I walked in Master bedroom there was two vomit spots on the floor and one looked like a plant or small rodent. Then around 2am the ceiling in my son’s room began to pour water down on the bed his clothes were sitting on. Water came through smoke detector and ceiling light fixture. I called property manager and they sent neighbor to fix plumbing in fridge leak above the bedroom. There was a water stain mark on floor next to fridge. I don’t believe this was a new problem. We would appreciate some discount on our stay since my son for the rest of stay had to sleep in the couch. The room smelled of mildew cuz of wet mattress and floor. The rest was nice. Well stocked essentials and great backyard. One last comment, it is not great that the only access to backyard is down steep stairs off the kitchen. My 84 year old dad couldn’t go to backyard.

Stayed Dec 20, 2023The house was adequate but a bit dated. Some of the furniture, dressers, kitchen items didn't work well. The numerous messages left all over the house about the consequences if we didn't do something right (like clog the toilet) were pretty tiresome for a vacation setting. Location was good and it worked for a family stay.

Stayed Jul 5, 2023I've stayed in plenty of VRBO rentals and have nothing but 5 star reviews from the hosts, but the way that the host use stage their cameras and use them is creepy at best. I would not stay here again, I would not use any of their properties. My stay was with my two young children and their grandparents, a quiet stay that definitely did not require NSA level of surveillance.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home has a beautifully designed front and back yards. You can just choose your sun or shaded area and kick back. The pool and spa were were awesome. The home was clean and comfortable with everything you needed for a fun and relaxing time. The kitchen was stocked with quality cookware and dishes. We highly recommend this place. Great restaurants near by and not far from the strip.
