Stayed Nov 23, 2025Host experience was the best part of the stay. They are responsive and nice. The house was cheap and cheaply furnished. The neighborhood was sketchy. The pool was dirty, and I had to troubleshoot the spa which made us lose the first night of usage. The kitchen is very poorly stocked. The beds are meh. There was nothing wrong with the place, technically, but it was very expensive for what it was. Wish we had stayed at a nearby hotel instead.

Stayed Apr 6, 2025This location was 25 min. from strip still close enough but allowed us a private, quiet place to return to. Things we liked: Outdoor area with lots of seating & tables to eat outside. Quiet, safe and secure neighborhood. Plenty of towels for pool.Comfortable beds with extra pillows and blanketsLiked having both tub & walk-in shower availableThings that would have made our stay better or for future guests to enjoy:Provide ice cube trays, blender, wine & bottle opener, kitchen towels/cloths, more plastic cups/glasses for outside use, rolling kitchen table or butcher block for more counter space & storageAdd hooks/bars in bedroom & bath as there are no bars in the closet or dresser/drawers. Items had to stay in the suitcase which is not ideal! There were no suitcase stands either, add shelving in bedrooms for storageMake sure cleaning is done before arrival - had them come out again to clean mirrors and windows which were filthy also floors needed to be recleaned. The website is informational but said pool and heated sauna. I called to make sure pool was heated but owner said pool and sauna heated. I thought pool was heated but it wasn't. Only sauna heated. Very disappointed in this, we chose this property for a heated pool so please reflect that on the website - pool is not heated! Overall, the experience was great, the communication with VRBO & Jay the owner was very good. Hopefully the next guest will enjoy as much as we did.

Stayed Feb 5, 2025Love the place! Host gave helpful instructions for checking in and out. The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful and close to Las Vegas Blvd and downtown. The house is beautifully designed with all the amenities we need. The backyard looks beautiful even though we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool and hot-tub but we will definitely be back!
