Vast Cay Castle with Private Beach, Jetted Pool, and Game Room

Overall we had a nice stay at the property. House was big enough for our large group, game room was nice and pool was warm. Great location to the beach, Some issues worth noting was that the jets are broken in the hot tub and could not be fixed during our stay. Also the waterfall doesn’t work. The pool area definitely needs some repair. The advertised garage does not exist. It is now a bedroom so if you are counting on that for parking, don’t. Master bathroom toilet had to be fixed twice during our stay and 3rd floor dryer doesn’t dry in one use

The property itself is beautiful. However it wasn’t very clean. There were live bugs in showers, toilets, gnats flying everywhere it seemed plus someone had a spider crawling in their bed. Also the house was not stocked with any seasonings for food. While this was not advertised, other homes we’ve rented on the same block had these things so we were a bit caught off guard. These things could all be improved.

The kitchen was well stocked and labeled. The home was beautiful. It was the perfect fit for our wedding week celebration.

This location, amount of rooms and bathrooms, distance to the beach, tv by the pool and other conveniences were loved by everyone. Thats rare with this many people in a group. We’d absolutely come back here

This property was as beautiful as advertised. Plenty of room for our large family and everything we needed. Game room and Ice Maker were nice “extras”. Especially enjoyed the kitchen and pool areas.

We had an amazing time, walking distance from beach and the pool and hot tub were great for the kids, baby and Adults. Kitchen was spacious. Everyone (28 of us) loved our stay here.

We had a great stay at this property. There was an issue with the pool heat the first day but they had maintenance there within a couple hours and fixed. Washing machine on 3rd floor was not working for our stay but there was another on the 2nd floor so not a major issue. The house was clean, plenty of parking for our group, and short distance to the beach.We loved the pool area with tv by the hot tub. Was great for enjoying March madness games!

Our stay was great! The home was well prepared before our arrival and the management was very easy to get a hold of.

The home is beautiful and was just the right size for our group. The pool/spa was terrific. The cleanliness of the floors was a big concern for me. The floor was grimy to the touch of the feet and dirty to where we needed socks or shoes to keep our feet clean. There was only a broom and dust pan for the whole house to clean with. No rugs at the doors to help keep out sand and dirt. No dish cloths to wipe counters down with. Only two dish towels and 1 pot holder. Something had been spilt in the oven and when we used it, it got smoky and smelled in the kitchen. The cleanliness was my only concern…thanks!

The home is beautiful, more than enough room for everyone. There was more than a couple of things that could have made know to us before checking in. The outside television wasn’t working. The pool seemed to be stuck on 89 deg so water was never cool. One of the TVs wasn’t plugged in and impossible to plug in yourself, so we had to call maintenance to plug it in. The house had no cable so everything had to be streamed, with slow internet. The water fall to the swimming pool was not working. Per instructions of owners we were asked not to turn thermostats down lower than 71 degrees. This rental cost me a lot of money, didn’t expect to Run into issues like this.

This house is wonderful for a large group! Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom which made things very nice for everyone. The golf cart was great but the walk to the beach is closer than it appears on the map. The pool was large enough to fit all 8 kids and those adults wanting to join them. I would recommend this house to anyone needing several bedrooms and a pool!
