Vantage Point - Hot Tub, Updated, Outdoor Spaces, Steps to Old Mill and River

Host were great and responsive. House was awesome and worked out great for kids

Great spot, comfy beds, nice garage space to store gear, hot tub was private and cozy. Kitchen was spacious. We also got to bring our old pup with us which was a bonus. We will definitely likely go back on a future trip to bend as we go often as a family.

Great townhouse - had everything we needed. Walking distance to Old Mill district. Very comfortable and clean.

Lovely property, Great location. Property is as advertised. Very nice outdoor area with a grill, fire pit and hot tub. Walkable to Old Bend area along river, loved the place. Would definitely recommend. Only negative was fridge was kinda nasty and the garage door opener didn’t work. That being said, I didn’t call I’m sure if I had they would have come out. Overall we would definitely come back to this property

All of the medication, the little pocket part that was above old mill. Love walking down to the old mill and taking my dogs to the dog park and helping them swim. Good location.

Neighbors were confrontational and a little difficult. Animosity regarding having rentals in their community should be taken out on owner of properties, not the renters.

Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to breweries and hiking. Pet friendly with a beautiful yard. The bikes were a definite plus along with the hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property, inside and out, and close to everything.

We would stay here again. We loved the location. It only took a few minutes to walk down to the trails on the river. We enjoyed walking through all the parks, where we saw lots of deer and geese, and also through the shopping, restaurants, and pubs. It is an easy drive to Mt Bachelor, where we had a good lunch while watching the skiers, and lots of hiking areas. The space itself was very comfortable. We hosted a couple of dinners for family living in the area and made good use of the BBQ grill and the large hot tub. The host provides towels for the hot tub. We even made use of the modern washer and dryer. We found everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

We had a wonderful trip! The house was clean, kitchen was full of kitchenware to cook at home. We loved the hot tub! best part was the wonderful location, walking distance to shopping, trails, and restaurants. We will be back!

We just loved basing ourselves here while we were in Bend. Very well appointed and decorated. Loved having the garage and hot tub. Plenty of space for grandparents, parents and granddaughter and we all had our own bathrooms!

Really loved this place. Plenty of room, charming backyard, and in a great neighborhood.

The house was very comfortable. The cleaning was a bit neglected. We found the cutting board had been put away dirty by previous tenants and not cleaned, furniture was very dirty. We had no vacuum or we would have cleaned some ourselves. Outdoor area is very nice but would have been nice for it to have at least been swept before our arrival or cob webs cleaned. Overall the place is great.
