The two ensuite bathrooms are a real advantage for large groups. Half the house has fully private bathrooms, no competition for the shower in the morning. The main living room and separate game room with pool table giveeveryone room to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats 6. Outside: hot tub, BBQ grill, patio, and outdoor dining area.

Located in Tampa's Egypt Lake-Leto neighborhood, quiet residential streets, grocery stores and restaurants within minutes, and easy access to every major Tampa attraction.
