Stayed Dec 22, 2024Great clean space to relax with back deck and fire pit in evening. Nice gas grill for late night dinners. Good size bedrooms for everyone and bathrooms for house guests. Plenty of hosting & relaxing room with living room, dining room, kitchen, and front/back deck. Plenty of parking ;). Laundry room has you covered for dirty and clean clothes. Need a day to get used to Middletown traffic and road noise but you have every store, chain, and hole in the wall food joint within five minutes drive. Also, jump on Gene Snyder to get to many parts of Louisville in 10-15 minutes with no traffic. Lastly, a must see foyer light fixture.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024We were only in town for 2 nights but me and my adult kids loved the house. It was too chilly and late to sit outside on the lovely deck but that would have been fun, especially if we would have had the bonfire going. The only downside to the house is it is on a busy road but I would still rent it again.

Stayed May 15, 2024We had an incredible stay at this house! It was perfect for our group of three couples, offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The house is just under a mile walk to Valhalla Golf Club, which made it easy for us to walk to the PGA championship. The house itself was immaculate and had clearly been recently renovated. Everything felt fresh and new, and the modern touches added a lot of charm. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Van was an exceptional host—very responsive and attentive to our needs. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, he was quick to respond and extremely helpful. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future for another tournament!
