Val Vista Lakes 2 bedroom plus loft condo, Beach Club Access with Tennis

We truly enjoyed this property. It was extremely well furnished and had a home like atmosphere We have stayed at five previous condos at Val Vista. This was by far our favorite.

We truly enjoyed are stay at this property. Everything was real organized and tastefully decorated.Val Vista property is well maintained and close to shopping centers. We would certainly stay there again the owners were easy to contact and nice people..

Very nice, well stocked condo in a great location. Excellent communication from owners. Only downsides were getting used to street noise and closure of heated pool for maintenance, over which the owners had no control. There is another unheated pool and hot tub that we enjoyed. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time and the location was fantastic. The owners were great to work with. We had a problem with the water heater and they went above and beyond to find someone to fix it the same day. Any request we had were dealt with right away. There were a couple of things we didn't know when we booked, the condo pool was not heated and the sand beach pool was under construction the whole winter. I think that should of been disclosed ahead of us booking. Overall we had a great trip.

Would stay at this place again.

Nice property in a nice upscale neighborhood. Many restaurants and other shopping nearby. Friendly neighbors.

First, let’s talk about cleanliness. These owners, Vicki and Randy, need to invest in a better pest control service. They live in Washington so they depend on a middleman. Many things seem to have gotten lost in translation when trying to communicate with them especially regarding the cleanliness of the property. It did not look like the pictures presented. There were many cockroaches. To their credit about half were not alive (under bathroom hamper etc.) but it was an issue for me. They did have have WiFi and Netflix/Hulu for me to use which was nice but I would have liked to use their community amenities without paying a fee. I asked to leave early and was refunded a small portion. Glad I received at least a partial refund, but mailed with my refund Vicki included a disgruntled note. I left the place immaculate- sanitized it for the next guy and even washed/folded all used laundry. After reading her note I contacted the owners confused, sent them pictures of how I left their condo and still haven’t gotten a response. I’ve never left less than a 5 star review. I’m sure they are nice people but I paid a lot of money to stay and feel obligated to give others a heads up that this was a weird situation with extremely poor communication.

Upon arrival property was very clean. Kitchen very well equipped most of which was new. Had what appeared to be new bedding, towels etc. Provided Youtube tv, and netflix at no cost to us. Provided abundance of paper towels, soap, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Within a mile of shopping area, grocery store and restaurants. Owners incredible and very very good to work with. Don't plan to return to Ariz. but if we were this property would be at the top of our list.
