Air Conditioning: Each bedroom (except the bunk room, which is partially below ground) has 1 window air conditioning unit. Common spaces like the living room do not have AC. Portable AC units can be rented for an additional fee.

Rental Agreement: All reservations require a signed digital rental agreement on file with Vail Butler to be confirmed. This agreement will be sent to you via email for your review and signature.
