Vacation Townhome - Hot Tub, Red Rock Views, Walk to Dining/Trails

This property is very conveniently located within walking distance of Bell Rock, restaurants, and shops. Parking is easy and convenient. The only complaint is that the towels smelled sour even after washing them a second time after arrival.

It was a wonderful town home, a great spa, and the location was perfect for us.

This condo was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Located in the quieter part of Sedona near great hiking and restaurants. The bedrooms are up stairs, but both rooms have their own bathrooms and king beds which is rare to find so great for two couples or a family. Hot tub was clean as was the grill. The neighbors are close in back, but there are privacy barriers and we actually had quite a nice conversation with the neighbors visiting from Canada! We would stay again.

Solid overall, clean. Kitchen well stocked. Don’t mess with the hot tub temp, leave it at 104 hour entire stay as it is super slow coming up. Leave the jets off for maximum time at temp. Enjoy, great place!

Lovely condo with very comfortable king beds and big kitchen. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after a day of golf or hiking. We loved the little town by the condo.

We loved the location, hiked and walked every day, loved having Clark's market so close by as we cooked meals alot. So many shops & restaurants to try as well. Wonderful stay.

Loved this property and you cannot beat the value! Stayed with my husband and teenage daughter. We found the condo to be very clean and well-equipped and spacious. The beds and sheets were high quality and comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets. Lots of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals for a week (although a few of the pans could be replaced). The propane grill was really nice to have, too. The hot tub was amazing-great temp, very clean, and awesome jets. It was really helpful to have washer and dryer in the unit as we had a lot of laundry from all of our hiking. You cannot beat the location of this condo if you are here to hike. You are in walking distance of Bell Rock and just a bit further from Yavapai trailhead. Depending on time of year, parking at the trailheads can be difficult so being able to walk to them was great. We loved being just outside of Sedona and in the Village of Oak Creek this time of year because Sedona itself was a mad house. In Oak Creak, it was easy to to get into restaurants and traffic wasn't bad. We recommend a day trip to Jerome (40 minute drive), check out Montezuma National Monument for a quick piece of history, and you can access Cathedral Rock from Turkey Creek Trailhead which is a much less busy but beautiful entry point. We would not hike Devils Bridge again as it was super packed and not that impressive to us. However we loved Soldiers Pass Trailhead with the seven pools and caves!

We had a wonderful stay. Townhouse was clean, easy check in/out, quiet area and well equipped with all that we needed. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, nice furnishings, well stocked, great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The only issues were that one bedroom tv would not work and the hot tub would not stay heated enough to be comfortable in 50 degree weather. Other those minor inconveniences our stay was wonderful!

This property was wonderful. Very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Close to hiking trails and restaurants. We would definitely stay at this place again!
