This place met all of our family's needs when we stayed here for our son's basketball tournament at Legends Event Center.The customer service by Silvia was excellent. She let us check in early and also check out late. She was very quick to respond to all of our needs.

We came to the area for a friends wedding at the Miramont Country Club in Bryan Texas. The location was very convenient and just what we needed for the weekend.

Very nice and clear. Plenty of space. More chairs and a leaf for the table if needed are in the garage. Had everything we needed.

Met all our needs.

Everything was great, except we were there for a football weekend and obviously big sports fans. It was an 11:00 start and we were back at the house by 3:30. The cable subscription was basic and we were having trouble getting our ESPN app to work. Would have been nice to have a cable subscription with ESPN and SEC channels to watch other games.

Clean and comfortable. Host is extremely accommodating. Conveniently stocked so we had to buy very little of condiments and essentials to get started. Kids found a water fountain play park a couple blocks away. Great on a hot day.

We booked this house to attend football game. At first it seemed away from things but in the end it was the perfect location. It is away from all the congestion of game day weekend, yet close enough to get to everything quickly. The house was immaculate when we arrived and was looked like everything that was advertised. I communicated with the owner before our arrival and she was very helpful and informative. Next time we are in College Station, we will return to this home if it is available.

The property was great and we were very impressed! Super clean, quiet safe neighborhood, and close to anything we needed. The house had plenty of space and everything we possibly needed was available for our use. We highly recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the area.

This house was great for our family of six. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Very clean. Plenty of fresh fluffy towels. Short and easy drive to TAMU campus. Loved the gas range in the kitchen. Greatly appreciated the 1:00 check-out!
