Vacation Ready Condo with Open Living Space

The location is terrific. The pool was heated, so we didn't care that it was 35 degrees outside in Florida! LOL. There were a couple of hickups at the beginning of the trip. But the staff was quick to respond and correct the issues.

Everything was perfect! Very clean, great communication, everything we needed! It was a great rental! Definitely recommend

Great property and super convenient to beach! Loved having the pool and hot tub! Rental company was very nice to work with and answered any questions we had and even sent multiple people over to help us get the hot tub working properly. Great experience!

Great place. Pictures are 100% on point. Pool and spa are great. Beach is literally right across the road. Would definitely stay again.

Great house and location to the beach (access at end of driveway and across the street). Pool and hot tub was perfect, best equipped kitchen!

To summarize in one word the Latitude Adjustment beach house is awesome. Our normal beach rental was cancelled by the owners less then 2 month prior to our beach vacation. Talk about panic, well Warren Beach Rentals offered us this house saying that it was comparable to the house we normally rented and that it would hopefully work for us. After the week I think this will be our new vacation beach house. It is a beautiful house, very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has just about every pan, tray, utensil, pot, and gadget you could ever want. The four bedrooms are very nice with lots of dresser and closet space. One closet worked perfectly for an inflatable bed for the two year old. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for the 6 adults and 4 kind under the age of 6. Family room is spacious and very comfortable.The third floor has a gorgeous view and it is almost like two small family or play rooms for the kids. We used it for kid quiet time. The beach access is directly across the street and so convenient if you forget something or just want to go for a night walk on the beach or walk down to Pineapple Willies for a drink or a meal. Having the private pool is a plus and it is such a great pool with a hot tub. The house has a full washer and dryer. The layout of the house worked great for us, grandparents downstairs and kids young and old upstairs. It is on a dead end street so traffic is non existent. Can't say enough good things about Latitude Adjustment PCB. We were so happy with all aspects of this house and will return. It was simply perfect. Highly recommend!!

Large home nice pool. The house has nearly everything you need feed a crew, utensils, pots pans etc. The gulf is just across the street. Close to restaurants.

The home was beautiful and had a perfect location for our family. We did not use the 3rd floor (our grandbabies are all under 5 yrs old), but would be perfect for a family with teens. I would suggest more towels, wash cloths, hand towels, kitchen towels, and a dust pan. The laundry area with drying rack was a big help. I would highly recommend this home for a large family vacation. The beach was a shorter walk than most oceanfront condos we have stayed in. Also, the beach had hardly anyone on it, as there are only private homes and no large condo building close by. Beach Blvd is a dead end street, so traffic was low and even though there is direct beach access, there is no parking for anyone other than the renters.

Floors were really dirty. Had an issue with pool and hot tub, didn’t get a response till the next day and someone came to look at the issue the day before left

This house was perfect, just as pictured. Plenty of room for our group of 12! Across the street from the beach, beautiful large pool & house! Would definitely stay here again.

This was our 4th time staying at this property. We have and my child thinks it is our home away from home. Thank you for keeping the property looking great.

This is the second time we stayed at this house. It is perfect! Stocked really well, lots of room for a big family!! Will stay again some day!

This house was more than the pictures show. Very quiet little bubble we called it. Very little street traffic or pedestrian traffic. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. We drove our gold cart everywhere. The pool saved us since we had red flags most of the week. Kitchen very well stocked. Very easy beach access in just a couple of minutes. We would stay again.

Great house only steps across quiet street from the beach in great location with other beach houses. Quiet area of the beach. Walmart 3 mins away. Wonderful private pool. Great balconies. Comfortable bars and furniture. 10’ ceilings and ceiling fans. Lots of room to spread out. Be sure to bring own toiletries, toilet paper and beach towels. Bring shower towels if you require more than one.

This is the third year that me and my family have stayed at the Latitude Adjustment property and each time we have a better time than the last. With its convenient location to the beach, shopping and restaurants one can't help but have a great time.
