Walk outside to the back deck to enjoy grilling and watching for the Blue Angels to fly past. The main living area is an open floorplan with upscale casual furnishings in the living room and dining area. Check out the great front porch, perfect for watching the sunset streak the Western sky's pastel colors. There is a comfortable bedroom on the main floor and a convenient half bath. On the second floor, you will find a private master suite with a spacious, spa-like bathroom that features a garden tub, separate tile shower, granite double vanities, and large closets. The third floor features two spacious bedrooms that each offer comfortable beds and private full bathrooms. Two sets of twin over full bunk beds offer a fun bedroom for kids and teens, comfortable enough for adults too. Arborgate has a community pool and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico's beautiful white sand beaches are just a short walk or bike ride down the sidewalk.
