The house was in a good location It could have been a little cleaner- some floors were dirty The arcade game in the game room was not working - when we called they came very quickly but couldn't get it working The cement by the railing into the pool was cracked & needed repair Some of the outside lights didn't work Overall it was a great location and there was lots of room in the house for everyone to relax. We would stay there again but hope that some of the issues would be taken care of.

SHABBY…. 1.NOT CLEANED VERY WELL (BUTTS IN ASH CAN BY POOL, SHOE INSERTS ON DECK, SLIDING DOOR TRACKS FILTHY, FANS BLADES FILTHY, STAINS ON BEDSPREAD, COOK TOPS DIRTY, GRILL LOOKED LIKE IT HADN’T BEEN CLEANED IN YEARS, ETC) 2. NEEDS COAT OF PAINT…INSIDE AND OUT 2. NUMEROUS ITEMS TO REPAIR (TP HOLDER, BEDROOM DOOR KNOB MISSING, NO HOT WATER IN A SHOWER, DISHWASHER LEAKED WATER ON FLOOR, A COOK TOP BURNER DIDN’T WORK, COOK TOP BROKEN/CRACKED, POOL SIDE ERCTRICAL OUTLETS DIDN’T WORK, SHOWER DOORS OFF TRACKS/GUIDES BROKEN, JETS IN WHIRLPOOL NOT WORKING, WATER LEAK FROM 3RD FLOOR BATHROOM TO 2ND FLOOR BEDROOM) 3. KITCHEN APPLIANCES NEED UPDATED 4. LIMITED NUMBER OF KNIVES , POTS/PANS, AND FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS 5. We stayed 3 nights for a bachelor party. Excellent location and amenities. Lots of room to spread out. Pool was great although one of the hottubs was same temp as pool water. Gas grillf ull of propane. Adequate parking.
