Vacation house Emil at the Mosel family domicile- Reichsburg Cochem nearby

We were traveling for a weekend in Cochem. Ivanna’s place is clean and fits the online description. We would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling as a couple or small group and wanting to be within walking distance to town.

We absolutely loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. Every little thing is thought of, and then some! Photos are just as it is, and it is wonderful. The location is most amazing, not only a short drive from other castles, and Cochem a short walk away, but the grocery store right there as well! Cannot be a better location anywhere for the price.

The home was perfect for 3 of us. (And had space for 4, easily). The bedrooms on the top floor were comfortable. The family room, on the second floor, was warm and inviting. A perfect place to relax in the evenings. And the kitchen, on the first floor, was well stocked with kitchen dishes, glasses, and utinsels. (There is a basic supermarket almost next door.) The WiFi was excellent and the heat and shower worked well! Just a few minute walk to the center of Cochem and the castle. We had a wonderful stay and would rent this property again!

It’s a beautiful 15 minute walk along the Mosel river into the center of Cochem for restaurants and shops, plus there is a good food market right next door and a bakery around the corner from the house. The kitchen has every appliance you need, the house is clean, comfortable, and charming. Good high speed WiFi. Two parking spaces in front of the house. My husband and I stayed here for a week and would definitely stay here again. Ivanna was friendly, helpful, and responded quickly to any questions.

everything was fine, the house is so lovely and there is everything you need. so close to the centre, really a nice staying. hope to come back soon... maybe in Christmas time. thanks ms Ivanna.

Great place to stay only 10 minute walk from town centre. Very clean spacious and charachterful property. Would highly recommend it. Owner lovely and friendly.

The home was wonderful. It was conveniently close to the mini mart with very cheap food. It was kind of a walk from the downtown part but not too much. Everything in the home was clean and new and the owner was helpful

Comfortable and clean property- washing machine available, large TV, comfortable seating area. Very ease check in/out with friendly welcoming hosts. Good location- next to a supermarket/bakery. Great parking directly outside the property. A nice 15 minute walk to the centre of Cochem. The only downside is that both bedrooms are located on the top floor and need to come down steep stairs to the bathroom at night. This property would also benefit from Wifi. Would recommend this property.
