Welcome to the peninsula Fischland Darss Zingst.
The Baltic Sea resort Zingst is the easternmost municipality of the charming peninsula chain.
Our completed in May 2012 5 star holiday home (semi-detached house) is located in a quiet location at the end of the property, just 3 minutes walk from the beach. It is located in the second row about 100 m behind the dike in a small complex of five, all built in 2012, very high quality homes.
The house is lovingly decorated with maritime charm.
In the spacious living room, you can clone on up to 8 people dining table or enjoy the 42 inch TV with Blue Ray player.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The EC and the bathrooms are heated by floor heating, all other rooms by radiators, so that the house is available year-round.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, high oven, microwave, fridge and separate freezer. Electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster are of course.
On the ground floor is a shower room with large, floor-level shower, and equipped with washing machine and dryer utility room (fee)
Upstairs the bathroom with sauna (for a fee), 4m² large walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms, one of them with a balcony facing the sea and 2. TV.
All bedrooms have darkening blinds or Curtains and are provided with insect repellent to allow a restful, undisturbed sleep. Also terrace and balcony are equipped with insect screens.
The bedroom in the gable has a wonderful view of old trees, the dike and (partly) the sea.
Whether you have breakfast on the spacious, southwest-facing, approximately 40m ² large terrace or in the evening enjoy a glass of wine on the sea-side balcony, the sound of the sea will always accompany you.
If the evenings are a bit cooler, heat the stove or opt for a walk in the sauna directly in the bathroom.

In the shed you can store your bicycles, there you will also find the charcoal grill if you want to barbecue in the evening.
The house has 2 car parking spaces.

In autumn you can see thousands of cranes resting here.
