The newly built and high quality equipped holiday home (semi-detached house) at the end of January 2018 offers a spacious and light-flooded living / dining area and a first-class equipped kitchen with access to the ground floor terrace and garden. Another balcony and a large roof terrace with a view of the water (west and
East facing and partly also in the north and south) with sun loungers and a cozy lounge. In addition, you have your own wellness area with shower, sauna and whirlpool (and toilet) and another additional bathroom (also with toilet and shower).

Enjoy your morning coffee on the ground floor terrace and then sunbathe on the upper floor terrace and take your afternoon coffee on the roof terrace and enjoy the sunset. You have the choice :)

The infrastructure will be only a few meters away (Edeka & Cafe will open in spring 2019), the port is only 300m away (there is also a jetty 20m next to the property and the beautiful 5km long sandy beach is only 1400m away.

Of course, your four-legged friend of the dog is also welcome with us, of course we also provide a suitable bed and water bowl / food bowl. (Your dog is welcome everywhere on the sandy beach in the low season, in the high season there is also a dog beach which is a nice walk around the street)
Comfortable living elements and a 4K flat screen TV invite you to relax by the wood-burning stove. From here you have a magnificent view of the sea.

A beautiful bedroom with a direct sea view and a spacious box spring bed (1 double bed 180 * 200 cm) offer a relaxed and restful sleep like in a hotel. The second bedroom has 2 single box spring beds (90 * 200) and a sleeping chaise longue, here you can see the water. A baby travel bed is available. A very comfortable sofa bed in the living room (lying area 150 * 200 cm) is suitable for 2 additional guests and you wake up with a direct view of the water.

There is everything you need for a wonderful holiday ... from the beach chair on the ground floor terrace, to the bean bags for the balcony on the upper floor and the loungers and lounge on the roof terrace. The stand up paddle is for the explorer and athlete among you. A handcart is perfect so you don't have to carry things to the beach.
