This is a place that College Students that dont care about the dog pee stains on the floor or no where to hang their wash cloths or bath towels. 2 loaves of open bread in the pantry that was expired that was molded Kitchen attire I.e. table with old cooked food. The so SO CALLED Property Manager needs replacing ASAP. SHE IS no good. This place needs rehabing BAD. I TRUY I WAS RIPPIED OFF. THANK FOR NOTHING. OH I LEFT EARLY. ?
1. Check in instructions for electronic lock were unclear and somewhat incorrect. It took a bit of trial and error to figure it out. 2. There were absolutely no amenities (soap, shampoo, etc) and limited condiments. I saw neither salt nor pepper or any sugar. A prior guest left three pods of (mediocre) coffee for the Keurig. No tea bags. It seemed unwelcoming. 3) About 24 hours before check out time, I received a note from the Property Management company reading as follows: For your checkout tomorrow- ● Please put all trash in the appropriate bins outside ● Please make sure all windows and exterior doors are closed and locked ● Please put all dishes in the dishwasher and start it ● Please put all of your dirty linens in a pile Of course, we pre-paid a substantial Housekeeping Fee. I do not intend to do the job I paid for. Considering that a two-hour cleanup would be about an hour too long for this small space, and we had met the cleaner who set up the home for us as she finished her work as we arrived, I suspect she is paid like most housekeepers, less than the fee we paid; if so, the Property Mgmt firm is likely profiting from the Housekeeping Fee, I did not feel it incumbent on me to do the job I had paid for. Incidentally, to escape the Denver snowfall (10/28), we actually left a day earlier than planned (and had also paid for). It’s cheeky at the least to ask your guests to do the housekeeping work.
Really convenient place. Host is responsive.
My brother, son and I had tickets for the Great American Beer Festival. We did not want to drive or pay for parking, so we looked to find a VRBO close to the Convention Center. This was a great location! Everything was walkable, the neighborhood is really cool, and only a block away from the Santa Fe arts district. This was a great VRBO!
I stayed here for a week during a conference at the Colorado convention center. The place is a bit dated but spacious. You can walk to the convention center easily enough or grab a Lyft for around 10 dollars most of the time. The AC is controlled from the downstairs unit and you do not have access to it. So if you want to adjust the temperature you have to message your host. We didn't bother with that during our stay as we were gone most of the time but when the AC wasn't running it did get very warm. There are good restaurants within walking distance too
Super accessible walking distance from a ton of shops and amenities. Loved being able to park once the whole time we visited and not have to worry about parking in the city
We stayed at this property in March for a week. On our first full day, we found a syringe under the couch (presumably left by previous visitors). This was a little scary (and a big health and safety concern) especially given we had a very small dog with us. We also found a really big stain on one of the comforters (it was hardened and smelled very gross -- we expect it was pee, as when we stripped the beds of sheets, there was a large stain on the mattress). The property managers were very helpful through sorting this out and responded very quickly when we messaged them (even brought us a new comforter). We were returned the cleaning fee given this lack of cleaning (pending as of writing this review). For the property itself, it was a nice size for the four of us (two rooms with full beds, one bathroom, kitchen, TV room, dining room, and sunroom). The sunroom had no furniture, but I could see it being a nice place to hang out if there was (or like a nice place to do morning yoga or smth if you're into that). We all worked from the property during the day. The lights were pretty dim and there were very few outlets to plug into (in the kitchen at least). The bathroom doorknob has seen better days and was basically falling off--we got trapped in the bathroom a few times. I'd still say the location was good for its price though ($70/n).
This location was perfect for us as it was close to family living in Denver. We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet.
Came to stay and received little to no communication from the property owner. When I arrived at check in for my stay I had no info on how to enter or key code to door. Reached out through email and the vrbo app for 3 hours only to finally get a phone number from VRBO customer service. After sitting outside for 3 hours tracking them down we finally got in and lost a whole night of our vacation having to cancel our plans bc we couldn’t get ready in time. Overall it’s a nice enough place but renter beware on actually getting jn
Was a good place to stay. Place had everything we needed. Only (small) downside of the place is the thermostat controls are located in the unit below. Wasn't a big deal because of temperatures at the time but could see this being an issue in the Summer or Winter if the residents below did not agree with how you liked temps to be. Easy walking distance to lots of stuff. Easy to get in and out of. Many restaurants, breweries, gyms neareby.
