Be aware that you will hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes. Your ceiling/their floor is wooden and old and creaky. Other than that, the property is SUPER cute. You have access to both a front and back patio with places to sit. Very clean, and I loved having the in unit laundry machines!

The property was beautiful, warm and inviting when you walk in, the whole space was peaceful and light with food and shopping close by. The bathtub was simply amazing especially after a long day of traveling, the property management team was also great checking in on my stay and to see if I needed anything, I will be recommending The Urban Farmhouse to my friends who travel in the Denver area!

The bed in this location is the worst I have ever slept on in a rental unit. I even attempted to sleep diagonally before I ended up on the floor due to back pain. I would not pay money to sleep here again.

We stayed here a few days while we moved our son into CSU. Enjoyed this spacious and well appointed home base within walking distance to downtown Loveland. The front patio was lovely for our morning coffee and evening drink. And we found a much better deal on a used bike for our son here vs FOCO! If there are occupants on the upper floor, it is ideal to be on the same schedule. The 2 units would be great for an extended family or group of friends. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

This was the best stocked place I have stayed in, every detail well thought out. The best part was only an 8 min walk to downtown.

Cool house...well decorated and spacious for 2 or 3 people. Kitchen was good...stove was great. Location is good. WiFi works well. All the windows is awesome and the front sitting area is cool as is the back area. Needs: fix toilet seat cover...it is loose- doesn't fit the toilet right. Shower set-up is a good idea but the choice of shower curtain and system makes the room to take a shower much to small. Bathroom sink is consistent with the Farmhouse concept but the separate Hot & Cold is not great. Bed mattress is NOT good...too soft as you sink in and getting out is a challenge. Glad you put in sprinkler system for the yard but why not spend a couple more bucks to seed the trench?? Suggestions: George Forman Grill??? Come guys- spring for a real gas BBQ. Add a lock key pad in the back door as that is where people park. Add an umbrella by the outside furniture- when it gets warm it would be great- very little shade if not.
