Stayed Jun 25, 2023We were in town for our cookbook tour and had events at several bookstores in the area. The location of this home was perfect for quickly getting around (though not close to the hub of tourism), and we were thrilled to have such a beautiful space to prepare recipes. We spent time watching the sunset over the Sound from the lovely porch and huge picture windows (which our cat also loved), and looking at the beautiful art throughout the Japanese-inspired house. We also walked daily through the neighborhood and along the private beach, which was great for entertaining our three kids. There were several great restaurants nearby as well. We would definitely come back with family and friends if we came up back to Seattle!
