Me and my family had an excellent experience in this home! The host was very helpful whenever we had questions or an issue. The home was beautiful and very spacious and made our stay amazing.

Not 5 StarThe inside of the home was clean and functional. TV needs an upgrade as the image flickered often. Bedrooms were as advertised. Provided towels and cloths were old and worn. Location of the home was great. Large park across the street and the neighborhood was quiet. It was easy to get around with low cost uber and easy to get to the stadium.Outside of the home is in disrepair with broken hand rails and broken sunshades and a backyard not safe for kids. We were surprised when we saw it. Dilapidated garage in the back to stay away from.

Do NOT trust the host photos. This home on Kansas St in Indianapolis was unsafe, unsanitary, and has now been removed from Vrbo. On the off chance it comes back, I am reviewing it. We booked in January based on glowing reviews and promises of a “5-star stay.” After we paid, reviews started rolling in describing serious problems, but we had no reason to keep checking. By the time we arrived (late at night), it was too late, and there was no moving due to a convention in town. The washer broke mid-cycle, leaving our clothes soaking. The host claimed it had never happened before, but reviews from earlier in 2025 say otherwise. Blinds were shredded throughout the home, including the bedrooms and living room. The host admitted he knew and hadn’t fixed them before our stay. After I complained and involved Vrbo, someone showed up mid-stay to hang curtains. There was visible mold on the bathroom baseboards, broken toilet paper holders, no stair railings (I fell and was injured), an overgrown yard with a broken gate, rusty and peeling Teflon pans, and only half the stove worked. Musty, wet sheets were left in the dryer and forgotten by the host. The host was defensive and only responded after I escalated. He blamed prior guests and insisted this was a rare exception, despite mounting evidence it wasn’t. This property should never have been rented in that condition. Images speak for themselves.

The neighborhood was sketchy. There was no air conditioning on the first night and the house hadn't been opened in a while so it was very musty. The contact didn't not feel a sense of urgency to get the air fixed. Sent over 2 women (I'm assuming mgmt crew) that were unsure what the problem was. The yard was overgrown and couldn't find where to take what little trash we had. There was nothing communication after the air was fixed for compensation or something else for the inconvenience during our stay. The bedrooms are not described appropriately. The three upstairs are big dormitory room. You have to walk through the first two to get to the queen room. Very disappointing.

Perfect place for our family get together. Celebrating Christmas in January with our out of town family members. Cozy, clean, perfect location with lots of room to hang out and have fun.

The good: clean, spacious, affordable, well-located. Lovely park across the street, close to downtown Indianapolis and many trendy neighborhoods with great food and shopping. The bad: the washing machine broke down mid-wash and we had to take our soaking wet clothing to the laundromat. Property managers did not reply to our messages about this issue and seemed to only send automatic messages. The ok: the interior is lovely, the exterior is less so, with broken stairs, railings, and a non-functional fence around a small backyard containing a dirty pond. Several fence planks are missing, and the lock has detached from the gate. DO NOT let pets out in this yard alone! They can easily escape! Furnishings are sparse, with the upstairs bedrooms lacking everything but beds, no dressers at all, and just a few hangers. There are enough beds to sleep eight, but not enough seating for that many in the living room. The kitchen is ok for heating up leftovers and making coffee, but not well stocked for cooking. Knives, pots and pans, and utensils are few and of poor quality. Bring your own if you plan on doing a lot of cooking!Blinds are largely broken or replaced with pieces of paper, and there are no curtains, letting light into bedrooms which may disturb some people’s sleep.Overall, a good deal, but not the most comfortable stay. Know what you’re getting!

We were blessed to stay in this home in Indianapolis. We worked with a gentleman named Paul. It was a clean place and they were very accommodating to work with. Our family went and 7 of us stayed there. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a great experience.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the house. WiFi was a little spotty and it was warm upstairs when it was hot out but otherwise no issues!
