Urban Chic - Perfect for Groups!

Very attentive owner, house was great!

Our stay at this property was disappointing and far from what we expected. Upon arrival, we found cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen, the amenities were lacking, and we felt unsafe despite the alarm system.We reserved four nights, stayed for one, and checked out on day two, leaving two remaining nights in our stay. We requested a refund for the unused nights, but this issue remains unresolved.While the host was kind, there is certainly room for growth in terms of hosting, particularly with property maintenance and addressing guest concerns more proactively.This experience has caused me to seriously reconsider using VRBO in the future. I expected better property vetting and support when problems arise. I’m now questioning whether I’ll continue using this platform at all.I would not recommend this property to anyone and urge fellow travelers to be cautious when booking.

This property was close to downtown and was very clean.

Outside was skeptical location looked sketchy... but once we open the door and entered all of our anxiety went away. The place was great in the inside. And we ended up enjoying the location. Neighbors were polite and embracing.

It was not terrible. But the communication could be improved. The place is old. The cabinet that holds the dishwasher was falling apart. The shower in the hall bathroom was weird. It's very minimalistic with not many things to make it comfortable. I don't know that it was dirty but it didn't feel clean. I think it's because the property is older. There were blinds that were broken that made us feel uncomfortable about sleeping in one of rooms it also smelt like pit in the house... there was no information to tell you what to do with used towels trash or how to lock up. Is very confusing. I don't know that I would stay here again but I wouldn't tell someone not to stay there either. I hope this helps.

We had a couple of nights in Dallas for the state fair. The house was in a good location for state fair and easy driving distance to Bishop Art and Down Town Dallas. The house is very old and worn. It served its purpose for us but, I wouldnt say its a place we would want to spend any downtime.

It was great being with our grown children and spending quality time with them. It was much needed and greatly appreciated.

My friends and I stayed here while visiting for a Con in Dallas. The location was excellent for seeing Dallas and Deep Ellum; we're all a bunch of night owls so there was plenty nearby to keep us entertained during the trip. Jason was an excellent host. Very quick to respond to any questions we had during the stay and more than willing to make sure any problems that arise during our stay were fixed promptly!

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the property. Clean home, but a bit antiquated. The owner was nice and pretty responsive.

Cute refurbished home in an up in coming neighborhood. It is very close to main st in Dallas. It was a great spot for our group to stay while we visited Dallas. Would recommend to anyone looking to tour around the city.
