Wow wow wow! I can not get over how amazing this place was! They thought of everything! It really felt like a home away from home. They were so thoughtful about supplying basic household things that you just take for granted. Extra soap, trash bags, toiletries, towels. And the best part is we just got to leave afterwards! No endless list of to-do tasks or chores to manage before checking out. (We tried to clean up anyway, but it was nice to have the option). It was the best experience I have ever had. Thank you Thank you to Kim! You have no idea how much our stay with you changed our lives!!

This is a beautiful property! My husband and I stayed with our 2 kids (7 and 3) for fall break. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and shops. And the views are INSANE! My kids loved playing the games inside and making up their own games outside, and we loved watching them play with the red rocks behind them. S'mores at night were so fun. Hot tub was great. We did a day trip to the Grand Canyon, and it was an easy drive.The owners were very responsive. They messaged us ahead of time with local recommendations which was very helpful! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner a few nights. The house was clean and comfortable.My kids still ask when we're going back to the new house!

An excellent place to stay while enjoying Sedona. The views from the property are amazing, the rooms are comfortable and the house is impeccable and spacious.

I can honestly say this was the best vacation home I’ve ever rented! Our group of nine ladies chose Sedona for our girl’s trip, and we were so glad we found Kim’s place for our accommodations. It was perfect! Clean, comfy beds, spacious, amazing views, easy check-in and out……I could go on and on :) Kim was a gracious host and her communication was superb. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Home was perfect, large, clean and well decorated. Felt like being home. Views are amazing, location is great. Loved the stay and wish we had more time to spend here. Kim was a pleasure to work with and home is as advertised. 5 stars, can’t wait to go back!

We loved this house - so convenient to everything and the views were nothing short of spectacular. The decor is boho meets mid-century modern and couldn’t have been cuter. Great place with plenty of room for our girls trip! Would for sure stay here again!

We had a lovely stay. Listing was accurate and matched photos. Everything we wanted to do was very close by, amazing location. We watched the sunrise and sunset from the backyard or primary bedroom everyday and it is beautiful. The view is excellent. Home is very clean and had so many special touches to make the stay very welcoming. Lots of little necessities that were so nice especially when flying in we didn't have to bring or buy. Kim was also very responsive to any questions we had and also provided a comprehensive guidebook that helped us make our travel plans. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!

Great charming, relaxing getaway

Exceeded our every expectation. Kim’s house was spacious, the surroundings were beautiful, the kitchen was stocked with high-quality accoutrements. We even watched the sunrise from the hot tub every morning. I highly recommend.

Home was exactly what was advertised. The location was great and the view was amazing.

My 17 year old son and I spent two nights in Sedona at this wonderful house. Even though it was more space than we needed, the pricing along with the hot tub, fire pit, scenic views and location were perfect!! We were able to spend quality time together relaxing at the house after hours of off road ATV’ing. Would definitely both recommend and stay again!

Lovely home and quiet. Very clean, comfortable space. Loved the extra details - provided smore making supplies!!! thank you! Loved the split level bedrooms. Allowed for privacy from other members of our party. Overall great house and very walkable to town and restaurants!

Great place, good facilities, great view

We could not have found a better place. Very comfortable, clean, close to restaurants and hiking and was lovely to come home to. The jacuzzi was icing on the cake after a full day.

Stayed here with 6 adult women, had plenty of space. Easy location to get everywhere. Although we didn't have children with us, this house would be amazing with all the amenities available. There must have been kids that stayed prior to us as there was evidence of their new years fun. All in all, I would recommend this place and would even re-rent and bring my own children.

Kim’s house is great. We were 6 people and all of us loved the house. It’s close enough to town to walk to, and the view from the backyard is amazing. Kim was very communicative and helpful.

It's great for traveling and gathering with family and friends, it's not too far from the city, and the house has a lot of space and fully stocked with cookware.
