Uptown Home with Fabulous Views & Hot Tub. Walk to Trails & Restaurants

This was the perfect place to stay in Sedona! The neighborhood is perfectly kept and quiet yet just moments away from shopping, dining, and hiking. The fenced back yard is perfect for pet companions, and the neighborhood is great for walks with dogs. The home was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities including real Kleenex in every room;). The views were incredible from both the back front yards, and there were lots of windows in the home to help take in the views. The pictures don't do justice to how nice this property is! It was much better than expected. We felt at home and would definitely stay here again!

House was very nice, well supplied, clean and very comfortable.

The back yard is very large and nice. The Hot Tub is relatively new and nice. The location is excellent. The heat system is quite loud. Some of the steps in the house can be tricky if you are not paying attention. Overall, the property is very good, especially when you have a pet. I would stay here again.

It’s our third time staying at this house and we absolutely love it! Location is great, the house is very comfortable and great backyard for the dogs. We’ll be back!!

It was a magical stay! The perfect place to land after a day of adventure. Beautiful views of the rocks in daylight and stars at night.

The house is very well stocked and perfectly situated to uptown Sedona. Enjoyed our five days at quietude! We even grilled out steaks one night. there is a Safeway and Whole Foods grocery store within just a few minutes of the house. We did experience spotty Wi-Fi service, but that seems to be common in the Sedona area. Resetting the router in the house remedied the situation every time.

My mom, sister and I (and my two dogs) do this vacation twice a year and we stay in the same place! WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HOME! And the location is perfect.

Fantastic location with beautiful views of the red rocks! The house was extremely clean and well stocked. We loved the fact that we could walk to several hiking trails in minutes!We enjoyed the hot tub/spa which was crystal clean!

very well stocked kitchen, great location, great neighborhood views, great hot tub. Bery comfortable-huge walk-in closet in master was great for having all things easily accessible and no suitcases in the room which made it feelmore like home. nice to have attached garage (we had snow!)). could not really walk to dinner but easy quick drive. really enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient locations, spectacular views and well appointed house.

Two couples stayed here for a long weekend and had plenty of space to hang out and relax. The hot tub never got hot enough but we still did use it. Great location!!! Very easy to check in and out.

I don’t even know how to properly put into words how incredibly amazing our stay was! The house was gorgeous and immaculate. The views all around the property were breathtaking! We used all available amenities with ease. By far the hardest part of our stay, was having to leave! Oh, and it started to snow a little bit on our first morning! The entire trip was surreal, mainly due to this property. Thank you for the most memorable times of our lives! We WILL be back!

This place is amazing!!! Mom, my sister and I are definitely going back soon. The house is fantastic, very clean, had everything we needed, great floor plan and the yard is awesome with amazing views. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is only .8 of a mile from downtown Sedona.

This house is excellent!! Clean, spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. A handful of spices and oils as well as basic condiments in the fridge. Walking distance to the uptown dining and shopping experience. It's only 0.75 miles from Parking Lot 1. Save a headache and walk!! Quiet neighborhood and gorgeous views. Look no further. Book this!

This property was exactly what we were looking for during our stay in Sedona. Close to uptown, quiet neighborhood, a clean, comfortable home with all the supplies and amenities you could ask for - like having your own vacation home. We will definitely be back and although we will recommend it to others, we hesitate to do so because it might get too popular to book!

The view and the home is amazing. Our family loved it.

We had a wonderful stay with our children and our dog. The hot tub was under service so we only had one day of use out of our three, but communication was easy and service was prompt. The yard was perfect for play and for our dog. Lawn games were provided in the garage. The kitchen was large and easy to cook in. Location was close to downtown, the museum, and the trails. Still waiting for deposit to be returned for the pet after a month, but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful peaceful time here. We did have a little issue when we arrived but it was quickly handled and communication was great during this time.
