Stayed Jan 29, 2026House was great. Plenty of space for all our guest which we were 12 adults. Hot pool and spa were great but we did find a used band aid at the bottom of the pool which wasn’t a big deal. Poker table came in great for our crew. Parking was good except it was far when our guests would come over and had to pick them up at the clubhouse. Other than that everything was great. Would stay again!

Stayed Dec 25, 2025My family and I made a last-minute reservation just before Christmas and had a great overall stay.The Not So Good:The pool didn't work properly. It took several attempts to resolve. The “game room” reeked of pot. We bought deodorizers and kept the door open. One fridge reeked and was unusable for food. A fresh deodorizer suggested management was aware. Kitchen utensils were very worn. Knives were too dull to cut food, and the can opener didn’t work. The pool table was visibly unlevel, and the air hockey table was broken. I fixed both. The first-floor master bathroom had no power due to a tripped GFI outlet in another bathroom. Broken glass from a prior renter was left inside the vacuum cleaner and missed by the cleaning team.The Really Bad:The fire suppression/alarm system was unplugged and nonfunctional for the entire stay. I texted daily and never received guidance. The house sits under a very bright streetlight, and there are no blackout curtains. Front bedrooms were extremely bright at night, so we used trash bags to block the light.The Really Good:Management was otherwise very responsive.Once running, the pool and hot tub were excellent. The house is huge, with great separation for kids and adults.The kitchen easily seats 12–14, with plenty of dishes. There is ample bedding and towels. The area was quiet.We would return and do recommend this as a rental.

Stayed Nov 16, 2025Our group really enjoyed the stay. The host was very active sending us information about our stay. and helping answer questions, check in/out was very seamless and we had no issues while there. Our group was there for a work conference, and it was nice for everyone to have their own space including a bathroom, but to also have plenty of common areas to hangout in. Plenty of space for a large family/group. Would 100% book again.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025Thank you for your beautiful home. If I would ask for anything different it would be more towels and wash clothes. Also the shower could be slippery. Maybe shower pads to prevent falling.

Stayed Sep 22, 2025House was very nice ,lot of room for everyone only problem was we had two vans in driveway had to back one up a little to unload was in sidewalk about a foot as we were taking are thing in tow truck came and towed it ,back door was not even closed right sen sat across the street dropping a nneighbors vehicle driver was lucky one of the kids were still not in the van

Stayed Jun 24, 2025The HOA will tow your car if any part of it is on the sidewalk. There is a way to fit 4 cars but it has to be done in a certain configuration (which was never relayed to us). The property is big and nice overall. Carpet and floors are not very clean. Air conditioning wasn’t working well on second floor and had a leak that they were going to fix. That could be why it was hot upstairs. Main floor stayed cold. There are 2 refrigerators which is a bonus and plenty of dishes and cooking equipment.

Stayed Apr 1, 2025Great house large enough for 12 of us. Hot tub stopped working within hours of us getting to house . Person that services pools at house next door. Asked if he could come over and check it. He said we need to call and report that it had issue. We did and received nasty message that we had broken it turning valves. Told person we had just arrived and had not touched anything response was if it happened again we would be responsible for paying for damages. Hot tub was not functioning for our whole stay we were there nine days. Check in was very confusing they would send out different messages asking for different information day before we arrived they asked for name of all adults in our party because you had to go thru gate upon entering property. At this time he didn’t mention we needed a QR code to enter community so upon arriving at 12:30 am we couldn’t get in because we had never been given QR code . Took a while to be issued code just seemed like should have been better organized check in. Day of check out we are packing up couple next door out side smoking pot for whole time we are packing up to point I was afraid of small children to be outside cause smoke was so thick and smell so strong. House was clean and very nice but service could have been better

Stayed Sep 2, 2024The property was ok - nothing special. Paid to get into the property an hour early and then didn't gain access until 30 minutes before due to entry code not being activated. A Phone contact is very difficult to find so limited a quick response time. Fire alarm was chirping the first night there due to a smoke alarm battery failing and was given a phone call to problem solve turning off the alarm. Never could get hot water in the kitchen sink and the only response was to let it run for 10-15 minutes, which only made it lukewarm.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024I stayed here for a girls trip with 9 friends, and we were all so impressed with this place. This house was HUGE, even bigger than it looked in pictures, and we had the best time. We loved the lounge areas (couches are super comfy and big enough for everyone),

Stayed Jun 29, 2024The house is spacious. However, the air conditioner upstairs did not cool. The temperature ranged from 81 degrees during the day and early night. It only reached 72 degrees after the sun went down around 2 am. The property manager made promises but did not keep them. The technician said the unit was working properly, but that was a lie. We never saw a technician. The pictures of the thermostat that the technician provided at 72 degrees was for the downstairs unit. My family suffered the heat upstairs for 5 days straight. They did not offer to relocate us or provide fans. We had to purchase fans as we waited for a resolution to the problem. We never received compensation. We are seeking legal counseling.

Stayed Jun 18, 2024For the most part the stay was good. I love the space we had. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The communication was really great with the property manager, Gabby was really just a text away, very quick with answers to any questions or concerns I had. My only issues were, the sofa was full of I guess that was dog hair. I pulled out the vacuum and used one of the attachments to get all the hair off. I thought no pets were allowed. I wish the cleaning people had done that. And the game room was in the garage. It has no air circulation. There was no AC or fans, so we weren't able to even go in there. It was extremely hot. Maybe that needs to be disclosed. Outside of that, the house was in good condition.
