Everything was great

Our family group stayed in this well appointed rental while in town for a wedding. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have down time and personal space, as well as hang out together and cook as a group in the large kitchen. It was easy to get in and out of the subdivision. Parking in the garage was a great bonus since it rained several days of our trip.

I rented this house for my horse show event staff. It is in a great location and close to the venue where the show was held. Great property and good communication. I will defiantly rent this house again. -Michelle

It was a short stay in Tacoma for a family vacation/reunion/birthdays. Home was very comfortable, clean and relaxing. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The only thing is the houses are extremely close together. Overall we would stay there again

The home was clean and provided enough room for everyone. Check in was easy. It was a little difficult to communicate with the host when we had questions after check in. Also disappointed to find out that the fireplace has been “shut off for years for safety concerns”. That would have been nice to know and maybe helpful to have it posted. The location was convenient to family stationed at JBLM

This house was perfect and convenient for our stay. Neighborhood was great. Host was very accommodating and always responded quickly. Will def book this home again next time my family is in town. Thank you again for everything Ron.

The house is beautiful and very clean. We were close to shopping and restaurants and 45 min. from the airport. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The check in process was easy. We will be booking again the next time we visit Washington.

This was the first extended family getaway with kids, spouses, and grandchildren. We have people with food allergies so a cooking kitchen is a must. It was convenient and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

My extended family stayed there for my daughter's wedding. They said it was a beautiful, roomy, and comfortable home. They really enjoyed their stay.

Wonderful house, bigger than it looks. Well kept, quiet neighborhood, nice kitchen, roku tvs everywhere. Only issue we had was the air conditioner didn't work. We called the owner and he got a repair done the next day. Overall an excellent property and we would stay again.

We traveled around Seattle-Tacoma and stayed here. The house was nice and spacious. Some night time noises (neighborhood kids) and word Christmas decor but otherwise a great stay.

It was a clean perfectly size house.
