Dee Dee, the onsite property manager, stopped by the first day to check to be sure that everything was OK with the house. As always, the house was clean, cool and furnished with initial items. It is on the corner, right by the walkway to the beach. An easy walk. Would recommnd this location highly.

Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was awesome, easy booking and you can text if you have any questions also once you get there an agent will text and check on you. The house is beautiful close to beach access not far of a walk at all. We had a great time and will be back. This is second time we have rented from this rental company and we will continue.

We had 11 people six adults five children and we had plenty a room without bumping into each other. There’s space for all of us even on both floors of the porches, everyone at Coastal View are so nice and the Communication with them you feel they are there for you . Linda, the property manager is just awesome. The person that owns his house fault of everything the family shouldn’t need. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

The property is always clean and neat. Linda, property manager, does a good job of keeping it that way. Jen is always helpful in getting our reservation in early. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Fair Winds. This was our third visit. We love the location to the beach and the community pool. We had a great stay. Management mailed an item we left behind and was so thankful for their attention to detail. One suggestion might be to bring an electric fan so you can enjoy the porches more. Gnats (no-see-ums), are a problem in ALL of lower Alabama!!
