Stayed May 28, 2022Before driving 9 hours to ATL for a graduation, I texted Kimberly Alexander to inquire about the earliest check-in time. She never responded. After arriving in ATL, attending the graduation and performing a RT drive to Lithonia, GA, we were tired and ready to shower. When I called to inquire about parking, Kimberly answered, hung up and never called back. We parked in a guest spot and buzzed different units until someone buzzed us in. When I got to the rental unit, the door was locked and the keypad was non-functional. After waiting 25 minutes, the VRBO rep instructed us to go back into the building and take photos of the unit's door. That process took another 30 minutes. Only then, would she escalate the issue to a case manager who proceeded to ask questions that challenged the truth of our story. In the end, VRBO offer 1 day in a hotel. We were staying for 2 days, and thus, booked via another service company. VRBO finally refunded my fees, but offered nothing else. You have been warned!

Stayed May 13, 2022We paid for this stay and never received check in information. When I called after two emails were not returned the host very rudely said the place was off market and not taking reservations even though it still shows up. I contacted VRBO who would not immediately refund our money, they said “they would look into it” so I am left without my money, without a place to stay and we have to make other arrangements. This host should be removed permanently from VRBO. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.
