Very nice property, very clean, nice private backyard, minutes drive to lake.

Too cold to swim so I wouldn’t recommend paying for heating it in early March.

All of it, from host to house and backyard down to the beds fabulous. Clean, spacious, comfortable, welcoming, and quiet, made for the perfect, relaxing getaway and we will be back (for longer). Thank you!!

Great layout, nice amenities, really enjoyed out stay.

The host was very easy to communicate with. The pool and spa were an extra bonus. We found the house as represented and was very clean. Garage was also an added bonus to park our truck inside as we travel with bikes.

We spent a wonderful week at this lovely home. It's clean & well kept. The floor plan was spacious. The primary bedroom & bath were exceptional. The kitchen was well stocked with spices & gadgets. We loved the back pool area. Since it was a bit chilly during our stay we made good use of the fire table & the hot tub. Nice quiet neighborhood & friendly neighbors. We would stay again.

Home was as described. Hosts were very attentive to questions and answered in a timely manner.

We had a very nice stay at this property. The pool and spa were the perfect size and we had a blast. I had to reach out to the owner and she was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

This was our second stay at this location. It feels homey, well equipped and clean. We also had a chance to enjoy the pool on this stay and it was awesome. Spent alot of time in the morning and evening out on the patio. So welcoming!

Well kept property and everything worked well, except perhaps the coffee machine needs service, definitely up the hill and away from the lake.

We took my son and a friend to Lake Havasu for Easter weekend. This was my first time to Havasu. The host was very responsive and made the process very easy. The house was very clean and had a good backyard pool set up. We used the hot tub, which was nice. To heat the pool you need to call the gas company directly and set up an account to directly pay for the cost of the gas. This was not a big issue for us, but seemed a little involved and something to know if the pool is a big draw. The neighborhood was very quiet and about a 8-10 minute drive from the main downtown area. All in all, we had a good stay and enjoyed the place.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The location was great, just a short drive away from London Bridge/Rotary Park and the many other parks and beaches around. The kids enjoyed the pool on the daily too. It was cleanly and worked wonderfully for our family. The beds were super comfortable which is always a plus. Thanks for the great memories and stay!

Our family of 6 enjoyed this house immensely. We have been to Lake Havasu each of the last three years. All our stays were great, but this was our favorite VRBO of the 3 we have stayed in! Great pool, TV's, sleeping arrangements - very relaxing! Highly recommend.

Quick trip to Havasu for boating. We enjoyed our stay at this clean and freshly updated home. Bright and welcoming! Bedroom set ups were perfect and beds were comfy. Pool was very nice and relaxing! Definitely will book this spot again.

This place was perfect for our Group! We had 10 adults in our group and it slept us all great. it was clean & decorated cute! And the pool was obviously a huge plus! Make sure to bring pool towels if you are wanting to utilize the pool :)

This property was a dream to stay at literally at home away from home. Everything was needed was provided to us and made her stay very comfortable. It was it’s conveniently located very close to all stores, lake and London bridge. The host was very communicative and was able to answer any questions I had.
