Upgraded pool home with hot tub and games/movie room - gated resort 6 miles from Disney!

A beautiful villa.. suits both adults and children … a wonderful cinema room … great place to relax by the pool … a quiet peaceful community … 20 mins from Magic Kingdom… lots of local shops and restaurants and a nice little English pub on the community doorstep

The stay was amazing only thing is we paid for heating of pool and spa but it was not heated other than that everything was great

We loved the location of the house. Very easy to get to Disney and so close to Walmart for supplies. We were in town for three nights. We got in very late on a Wednesday night, but there were no issues with the gate or getting into the house which we appreciated at that hour. Thursday was a pool day at the house and it was great. We stayed in late February and bought the heating for the pool and was very glad that we did as it was the perfect temp. That night we loved hanging out in the movie room. As someone who is now in my 50's it was great playing the video games on the machine against my daughters. The pool table was also in great shape. Overall, we had a great time!

This home was exactly as described, with tons of room and a great location. The pool and hot tub were perfect and heated nicely. We had one small maintenance issue, and the property management folks responded quickly to messages and promptly came out and fixed it the next day. The movie room was a nice bonus, and the amount of space was perfect for our family of four but certainly could have fit many more if we brought additional family or friends. Overall, a great stay, good location, and plenty of space.

This was a great home!!! Plenty of space and house very nice!! In very nice neighborhood. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping!! Close to Disney World!! Clean and well maintained. Only issues I had was the screen over pool was ripped so could not be in pool at dark way to many bugs. And it would have been nice to have enough paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper and cleaning products for our stay. We had to go buy those items and there are very strict rules on how to keep kitchen clean and take trash out but we were not provided with any paper towels or cleaning products hardly and any toilet paper and 1 extra trash bag and we were there 5 nights. I would I for sure stay at again otherwise

Thanks to Sam and Nadia for a quick response when the house that we had originally booked was sold and we only found out the week before we were due to go, Sam and Nadia were very helpful and had great communication. The house is lovely, spotless clean and well maintained. The two children’s bedrooms are beautifully decorated Princesses for girls and much to our grandsons delight Avengers for the boys. The cinema room in the garage was great super comfy recliner seats we loved watching a film at night with our popcorn and drink, the Billiard table was also a plus. Nice clean pool to float about in or sit in the spa. High Grove is a nice quiet gated community well maintained with a club house and play park for the kids. Walmart in a couple of minutes up the road and loads of fast food outlets and restaurants roundabout.

Amazing home in a location that can’t be beat…The location of the home was great, Walmart was literally less than a 2 min drive for us to get our groceries. My Family had an absolutely incredible time enjoying everything in the house, so much so, that we didn’t want to leave! The home was Super Clean & had everything that we needed. The Pool, Hot Tub and all of the other Resort amenities were a great bonus to enjoy. We will definitely be planning on coming back soon! Hosts were great and answered all of our questions promptly.

Lovely home with lots of space for all! Lovely area to stay in! We had another place rented, but didn’t have good vibes about it.. Sam and Nadia made this rental happen quickly for us! They were quick to respond to any issues we had and immediately took care of things!!! The theatre room for the kids… great idea!! They loved it and so did the parents! ? They care about your stay! A very comfortable home!! High Grove resort is a wonderful place to stay.
