Stayed Jul 1, 2023I came to reset for a couple days, we booked 4 originally. When we arrived we were a little early and cleaning was still being done, so we went to the dock in the back and just watched the scenery for about 10 mins when we were told all was ready. The host is so incredibly friendly and the house is inviting. It has all you need for cooking if you choose to. The whole place is open and the windows allow you to watch all that happens on the water right from the living, dinning room or kitchen. You can start your day with coffee on the back porch watching boaters, dolphins, fish or the birds. This place is perfect for a family or group of friends. It was just the two of us and we ended up extending our trip a couple days because we didn’t want to leave!

Stayed Mar 24, 2023What a great stay, quiet and secluded, very little to almost no boat traffic. House is in great shape, beds are very comfortable. Fishing was great, caught fish off the dock and also a short kayak paddle away

Stayed Sep 14, 2022great location, used Earl Gibert boat ramp to drop in/out boat, kept it at house dock zero problems. house was as advertised, coffee maker needs upgraded, pod style broken, drip style very small, no ice from fridge. not deal breakers by any means location was perfect for a few days on the water! would come back again!

Stayed Jul 20, 2022Awesome house and property to stay at. Very spacious and with all needs such as appliances etc. we cooked dinner one night which was very convenient because kitchen is equipped with all utensils. We also used laundry washer and dryer. The backyard is just stunning with a new long deck into the water, where dolphins roam. I would highly recommend it.

Stayed Jun 6, 2022This is the second time that we've stayed at this place! We loved it last year(2021) so much that we just had to return! The fishing was great! Saw some dolphins out in the channel, absolutely beautiful! Definitely will return again! Love this place!

Stayed May 10, 2022The internet was down when we arrived. We talked to the owner about the outage, we had it repaired with in a few days. Otherwise it was all good.
