Upgraded 4BR Fairway Oaks Villa, Golf Views, Pet-Friendly, Close to Beach!

Large condo that is extremely close to the beach for a great value.

Over all we loved it! Condo is newly updated beautifully! Kitchen was fabulous and stocked with everything needed to make meals for our family. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nicely decorated. Only thing I missed was having access to a pool. I think it’s needed in Kiawah. Somedays the sun and temperature are very intense and having to ltransport chairs bags coolers etc to the beach a pool is a very nice option to have. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great property. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, cold AC, ample seating for dining and lounging. Our group of 8 adults was happy with location- easy walk to beach, less than 20 min bike ride to Freshfields and Night Heron park. Would choose again.

My sisters and I celebrated a birthday for several days in this unit. Very nice end unit with many updates. Private balcony overlooking the golf course - we saw several deer (and luckily no alligators)! I have 2 recommendations for the owner: 1) It took us a bit of time to locate the beach access. We didn't find the info in the Dack app or in the info in the notebook provided. 2) Our group was aged 58 and up. We couldn't locate any instructions for working the televisions. As it turns out, it was great to be unplugged. All in all, a great experience and vacation. We will plan on returning in the future!

Great spot with convenient access to the beach with just a few minutes walk! Great to have 4 beds and 3 full baths and a good living and kitchen space to use with our group. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this condo. Perfect size for a family of 6 with adult kids! The walk to the beach was easy and the area was lovely. This is our 3rd trip to Kiawah, and we’d stay here again! Such a comfy family room, clean throughout, lots of nice chairs for the beach, plenty of kitchen essentials and plenty of room for all the kids to have their own bed. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Back porch needs painted badly and a splinter is bound to happen. Poorly taken care of. Things in the rental unit were very worn and used. The shower upstairs shook and rattled the pipes of whole house when turned on. Been staying in Kiawah for years. Definitely the most unsatisfactory unit I’ve ever rented there.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was clean and large enough for our family to have personal space and gather as well. The kitchen had all the needed dishes, pots, pans and silverware. Parking was not a problem. The area was quite. My questions in advance were answered quickly. The location to the beach was excellent and a short 5 min walk.
