Ultimate Kiawah Property! 107 Goldeneye Dr is the quintessential Kiawah vacation house, with total luxury inside and amazing exterior space to enjoy. With seven spacious bedrooms there is plenty of room for everyone! Located on a gorgeous homesite on a quiet cul-de-sac that offers privacy while providing a beautiful golf course view. With windows across the back of the home and a second-floor sundeck, the home was designed to showcase superb views of Osprey Point’s 16th fairway. Theoutdoor living area, which include a pool, waterfall spa, gazebo with a full summer kitchen including plenty of seating at the bar or outdoor dining table, a screened porch, and multiple decks take full advantage of the stunning surroundings. There is also a screened porch that offers another dining area and overlooks the back patio.

A circular brick entrance leads to the striking entry that welcome you inside this unique, one-of-a-kind custom designed home. The interior is comfortable yet elegant and features an oversized great room with plenty of space for a large group to gather or watch a big game on the new 70” flat screen TV. The living room, kitchen/breakfast area, and master suite offer picture windows to the backyard and golf course views. The fully equipped kitchen includes an island and bar for gathering in conversation while meals are prepared. There is a dining room (seats 10), butlers pantry just off the dining room with wine cooler and 2nd dishwasher, and a study. The laundry room has its own access from the screened porch with two dryers and a fridge too so you can come in from the pool, dry towels, and grab a drink.

The primary suite, also on the first floor, is a personal sanctuary featuring a fairway view and glass doors to the deck. The spa-like bath pampers and rejuvenates with his and her vanities, a tile shower, and a soaking tub. There is a sizeable second master also on the main level with a king bed and ensuite bath.

Upstairs, a media room with wet bar is the perfect place for guests to convene, sit back, and relax. Four guest bedrooms, two with their own individual balconies and two with access to the upstairs deck, also have private bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, two have queen beds, the fourth has two twins. On the third level, a crow’s nest has been designed to hold 4 twin sized built-in beds with drawers – a spacious ‘bunk room’ for guests of all ages.

This will be a home that you will want to come back to again and again. The quiet street has bike trails leading off of it and the wonderful Kiawah beach is less than 5 minutes by bike or 10 minutes walking. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available at Boardwalk #38, a 4 minute bike ride away!

Spa heat is included and run on as-needed by a remote. The pool can be heated for $195 per day (4 day minimum), pool and spa heat cannot both run so you do need to choose which you'd prefer. Garage is not accessible. No pets, no smoking, and no events, no exceptions will be made.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities. Free Wireless Internet; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent the week of Thanksgiving with 3 families at this large home. We had three sets of adults, 5 teen agers and an 11 year old. Kitchen was well provisioned, with plenty of table settings. Pan selection was decent. Double ovens were useful. We heated the hot tub, which functioned well after a call and prompt response from ESPM. We rented bikes and road to a very nearby beach in under 5 min. The house had elevators, but the doors were locked, so be prepared to carry your bags. The far upstairs bedroom in the converted attic, was really fun and useful as a kids space. Clearly the house is a rental, so the spaces are as expected. We would rent again.

    We had a great stay at 107 Goldeneye. The home has been updated but maintains its original charm and is beautifully furnished. The kitchen is well stocked, location is great, and the space is large—perfect for our big family. The property management company was pleasant to work with and responsive. We did have a couple of issues during our stay. First, one of the downstairs bathrooms had a broken shower door that was not attached. We also encountered some roaches in that downstairs bedroom. Several of the beds are very springy and not very comfortable. Lastly, the hot tub takes over two hours to get warm and then stays warm for only about 30-60 minutes then starts pumping in cold water, even if you immediately turn it back on as the two hour cycle completes (it automatically shuts off after two hours). Furthermore, the hot tub never got actually hot, it was luke warm at best. We were not given any option to increase the temperature (no app, no option to change it on the keypad). Several technicians came out during our stay but never were able to offer any solution to this issue. The pool on the other hand was heated and was very warm and pleasant. The pool is large and has a deep end and diving board which was great for the kids. Overall this is a beautiful home and I think with a few repairs it would be perfect.

Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay at this home on Kiawah Island with our extended family of 16, ranging in age from 22 to 88. The house was the perfect size for our group—spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The pool was a highlight, and we spent a lot of time enjoying it.The management company was excellent. A few small issues popped up—an iron we couldn’t find, a shortage of tea towels, a smoke alarm set off by some enthusiastic bacon cooking, and a thermostat issue upstairs. Each time, they responded quickly and professionally. They even went shopping that morning to bring us an iron and more towels, had someone out to reset the alarm, and had the thermostat fixed within the hour.With a big group in a large home, you expect a few hiccups, but their attentiveness made all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

    We found house comfortable and nice. Small details No Kleenex in bathrooms, kitchen should have some condiments to cook with ( salt and pepper ) Guest should be told about village and market there. List of Resturants with recommendations would have been helpful. Nothing expensive but some nice details should be thought of.
