Updated Townhouse short walk to Beach! Free round of Golf & Activities Daily!

We have been staying at horizon south for more than a decade and it’s the best place to choose condos from to have your best beach stay! The location is perfect, the beach is right across the property and there are so many amazing wonderful amenities to use at Horizon South and all shopping locations is all around as well especially Pier Park! This is one of the best condos/units we always choose to stay at, honestly it’s really hard to choose a unit/condo at Horizon South because all are truly wonderful units/condos but this unit/condo is truly exceptional and our preferred unit/condo to stay at. The condo/unit is exceptionally perfectly clean and organized and it’s decor is beautiful and the condo/unit has everything you need inside and out, it’s the BEST! The rental company is the BEST too, it’s quick and super easy to book with all security measures and the communication is the best from start to finish! We can’t wait to go back over and over again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time renting the same condo from 4Star- we love the location! Unfortunately, we won’t be back. Construction caused water shut offs on two separate days. There’s no fault to 4Star on this, but the way they handled it does not inspire confidence. They were unaware, had the wrong contact info for the resort and kept saying they couldn’t get ahold of office, and never followed up with us to ensure the water was back on either day (nor did they apologize or even seem to care much that we had no bathrooms for 12 hours). I was able to get ahold of the resort directly and they were much more helpful. When 4Star asked me for the correct resort phone number, they never thanked me or acknowledged that they received it after I replied. Just a really poor experience that made it clear we couldn’t rely on them if we ever had a bigger problem, sadly.

My family had a great stay here. We had a slight issue with water upon arrival, but it was quickly taken care of. We enjoyed the pools on-site when we weren't in the mood to walk to the beach. Communication was clear and easy!

We had a Great time.We loved the condo.Only problem was no wagon like stated. We tried to contact the owner but had no luck.The graco playpen definitely came in handy.

We LOVED this place! It couldn’t have been more clean upon arrival. Check-in was super easy. There are 3 super nice pools within less than a minute walk (essentially right out the back door). With a teenager & 2 younger children, the washer & dryer was incredibly convenient. Resort is within super close driving distance of everything you might need. Would absolutely stay here again!

We came in for the festival at frank brown park ,which ended up being in the perfect spot (alittle walk but easy access). Enjoyed the beach access as well. Was enough space for 5. The condo had everything we needed plus more! Pete made sure to answer all my questions being tho we was coming 10 hours away, super helpful! We are already planning our next visit
