The complex itself has a wide array of amenities as well, including pool and spa, fitness center, club house, tennis courts, and walking trails.

You are also close to grocery shopping, fine dining, and some of Tucson s best hiking with a Ventana Canyon trail 98 right outside your door! Biking with Ventana Canyon, Sabino Canyon, and Mt. Lemmon all within walking or easy commuting distance. You are also right by The Greens at Ventana, one of Tucson s best eastside golf courses as well as the 49er s club - another popular eastside course.

This condo is also located on the fist floor, making it easy to access and it features designated covered parking.

House Rules
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

    We really lived our short stay here. Great location, amenities, decor, space, check-in… Would’ve stayed all week if it were available. Next time we’re back I’ll definitely look to rebook. Lovely

    Views were lovely, but we’re not able to access property for over an hour because of malfunctioning lockbox and was on hold multiple times to get help. The inside of the property was littered with dead bugs. I would not stay here again.

    Great rental, great location, great view (not parking lot!). Furnishings were good, although main bed was very soft. Bathroom fixtures could be more comfort height. Counters seemed low & one commode was so low it was virtually unusable for a tall person. Cleaning/prep crew could do a better job before we arrived (missing paper towels, dirty dishes/cooking utensils, rancid cooking oil), but the management company was great & responsive. Condo amenities (hot tub, fitness center) were great. A welcome to the rental binder with important information (i.e. how to use the remotes! would help). We would stay here again & I think the rental was a good value for the money.

    My wife and I loved the layout, location, and amenities ! The pools were clean and clear, hot tubs were hot when the air got cool. The screened in porch was great for morning coffee and evening wine! So many bird species and cool wildlife in the area. The covered car port was a bonus, too. We had a relaxing vacation!

    We love the location at the foot of the Catalina’s and right at the head of the Ventana Canyon Trail. There is also a pleasant sense of community in the development.

    We stayed 3 weeks in this condo. It's exactly as described. Great views, very well-stocked kitchen, and a plus to have cable tv included. We had to buy a few supplies, but that would be expected for a longer term stay. Our only suggestion is that an upgrade of beds is needed. It's insulting to confront a plastic cover on a master bed - pillows were thick, uncomfortable foam. Beds, comforters, pillows and bedding should be upgraded for a rental in this price range.

    Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend it to others. Kitchen is well equipped and check-in was easy. The only thing potential renters need to know is that this is a downstairs unit and you can definitely hear the noise of people walking around upstairs.We only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because there was dust in the corners and under beds...the cleaners definitely took a few shortcuts. But overall the place was clean where it mattered. No odors, bedding, furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, etc, were all clean.

    Beds very uncomfortable, plastic mattress covers, pillows hard, room has mini blinds letting in lots of light from the well lit complex. Upstairs was crazy noisy with the three kids running around at 6am. We are going home exhausted.

    The condo was very cute with a colorful Arizona/southwestern theme throughout. The view of the Mountains was wonderful from both inside the home and the patio. It is close to nearby stores and restaurants, yet you definitely feel part of the Catalina Hills while there. A Ventana Canyon hiking trail run right behind the condo. My only suggestion would be to have coffee filters available for the Mr. Coffee and Kleenex in the bathrooms. We bought some while there and left them for other people.
