Stayed Nov 20, 2025We were very pleased with the conditions of the house overall. Cute, clean, & cozy property.I wish we had known the train ran very nearby and sounded off for the nearby intersection crossing multiple times each night.The master bed was also very uncomfortable. Poor bent framework with a thin mattress. The other beds were nice, but my wife and I slept poorly enough that we opted for a hotel the final night of our stay.

Stayed Aug 19, 2025The house was very clean. The layout of the house is ideal; the kitchen is great for family meals. I liked the carport; it kept the sun off the car. The house is centrally located in Pensacola; close to the beaches, close to many restaurants, and close to Pensacola Christian College where we dropped our daughter off for college. The neighborhood was quiet with nice live oaks.

Stayed Oct 13, 2024We all enjoyed the house very much! It was very easy to relax and feel at home! A couple things that surprised us was the step down to the back walk-in closet... One of the ladies didn't see it and fell, twisting her ankle. This should be marked with a small mat or anything to note the step is there. Secondly, the mattresses on the bunk bed are very thin and not good. We also agreed that it should be noted in the description that there is a train that runs through during the night!

Stayed May 15, 2024Family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Came down for our daughter’s graduation held on the campus of Pensacola Christian College which was only 5 minutes away. The home was meticulous and very comfortable. Any concerns we had were promptly responded to by Susanna. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thanks ?.
