Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Risa's Cottage was perfect for our family of 4. We were able to walk to the beach, pool and restaurants with our two toddlers. The house is small, but having the outdoor patio for storage of our beach stuff was great. Our oldest slept on the sleeper couch and we were able to fit a pack n play next to the bed in the bedroom.

The college has a great location, the management staff was excellent and communicated very well. Could not have asked for more Wood highly recommend.

What a lovely spot. Please be aware that the space is small but you are welcome to use the outdoor living space so it seems bigger!! Everybody is clean and bright. Seating at the table is tight but doable. No dishwasher hence the 4 star in accuracy. We used the grill to cook out, laundry is clean and close. We loved the outdoor shower!! In a quiet part of Seaside with lovely neighbors! I would move in if I could! Close to the beach and to the shops. Lovely vacation in a stunning g spot! We will be back!

Homeowners Collection thought of everything and always available if we needed anything.

The a/c unit was very loud outside and could be heard in bathroom, but it didn’t impact the stay. If one uses the hide a bed for a guest, note that it takes up entire living room, and you cannot ambulate around it.

We sat out on the generous sitting porch where we enjoyed coffee in the morning. The outside shower is large and convenient for a good rinse after a day at the beach. About a 5 min walk to the shops, dining, & entry to the beach.
