New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Welcome to the tall and beautiful Feelin' Nauti. This modern home is located in the esteemed St. Waves subdivision, granting you exclusive access to a community pool and tennis courts less than 250 steps from your front door. You'll also be a short walk (five rows) from the beach, restaurants, a pub, a grocery store, a post office, jet-ski rentals, and activities such as windsurfing.

If you're an angler, you'll delight in being close to the charter boats at Oregon Inlet, one mile south of the Rodanthe Pier, just over a mile (north and south) from several bait and tackle shops, and two miles north of Beach Ramp #23.

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a spacious drive, two carports, a fish-cleaning table, an expanded grilling area, two outdoor showers, and a brand-new firepit. Inside, the first floor is home to a bedroom with two bunk beds for the little ones, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a primary bedroom with a queen bed. All three bedrooms have TVs. The washer/dryer can also be found on this floor.

Head upstairs to find a bright and open living space where natural light abounds. The living room includes a brand-new smart TV and new wood-look laminate floors that extend into the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. The massive kitchen has all-new appliances (2019) and anything else you could ever think of. Really - don't bring a thing!

A loft provides a second, separate living area that's accessed by a spiral staircase, offering a sleeper sofa, a wet bar, and a TV. The best part The secluded deck gives you 180-degree views of the ocean and sound, almost like an open-air crow's nest.

Head back down the spiral stairs and into the primary bedroom, complete with deck access and a comfy queen bed. The upstairs bathroom connects to the bedroom and includes a shower and a massive jetted tub that almost acts as a second hot tub.

Relax at the end of the day in the seven-seater hot tub on the upper deck, a great spot for admiring Hatteras's beautiful sunsets. Also upstairs is a screened porch where you can take in the sunrise with your morning coffee.

The home's layout provides privacy for different personalities—lots of stairs. The kitchen was great for cooking large meals. Outdoor showers were well-functioning. The Hot Tub was clean—a 15-minute walk to the beach. Be prepared to bring extra household items, such as trash bags, dish soap, detergents, and beach chairs. We left it a lot cleaner than when we arrived. The community pool was nice, even without a working restroom—an older home with quirks.

Older but Overall cute house. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad. The cleanliness was horrible. Very dirty. I had to pick up trash upon arrival, dirty underwear under the sick, smell was bad, the loft had old food, the outside furniture upstairs was broken and was unusable.Would not go back nor recommend.

The house is as represented in the listing and beds and furniture are comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and FYI there is a Keurig coffee pot I found in the cabinet and cleaned to use. The house was basically clean but needs a deep cleaning under furniture etc maybe this is a beginning of the season issue but my husband lost his wedding ring so we had to look underneath stuff and found a lot of dust and debris like crackers and potatoe chip crumbs. Never found the ring…. No beach amenities so bring towels and chairs, toys, and a wagon to haul your stuff. The beach is a hike even from the provided parking lot. I have hip issues so my husband dropped me at the public drop off access but it’s still a good walk up a boardwalk and over the sand past the dunes to the water. The pool is on the same street as the house most days we were the only ones there and it was very clean. The hot tub on the deck was very nice, worked very well. Our biggest issue was initially getting in the house, the door only opens if you turn the knob to the left. Very strange and I kept turning right so I thought I was entering the number wrong, thankfully my husband figured it out maybe because he’s left handed. Next issue a basket of remotes and no idea which one for TV, back was missing off correct remote and didn’t want to work right until I worked with it and banged on it for about an hour whatever was stuck started working. I did contact guest services by text, got local office response the next day. They hopefully have ordered a replacement by now. I would suggest labeling the TV remote like all the light switches which was very helpful. A notebook with some directions for TV, internet, hot tub, and maybe information on the area would be nice for guests. I would update pictures to include appliances like Keurig and toaster oven, etc or add information in listing. The TV being internet through apps only was very strange so a little direction would go along ways especially since bedroom TVs also worked differently, and one would not connect to the internet. I finally figured out which app was the TV provider but I don’t remember the name now, it starts with a S, might be in information in your reservation page. Way too much information to read sent and contradictory information like about whether to or not to strip beds. NO WAY!!! You are charging me a huge cleaning fee and other fees I’m not the housekeeper! I treat all houses we rent with respect as if my own, cleaning during stay. Provided dispensers of soaps and conditioner in showers was wonderful and I’d love to know the brand and scent because I forgot to take a picture. Overall we would rent this home again it was a very quiet area with plenty of restaurants etc close by. Lisa’s pizza and waterman’s were great! For fresh seafood skip Alex’s they’re overpriced go farther down almost to food lion to place in yellow building on the right! Fabulous key lime pie! Reasonable seafood prices!

The home was large and had lots of places to escape to when needing quiet time from the rest of the family. I loved the three porches and enjoyed my morning coffee on the screened in porch off the family room. The hottub was clean and the jacuzzi tub was great as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook.

Probably will stay here again in the future however, they need to update pictures of the house on the website. There is no foosball table in the house so that was a bummer.

Stayed in July. It was ok. Kitchen was really disorganized. Upstairs bathroom was poorly cleaned. We had to vacuum. There was so much hair. We emailed vacasa 1 month ago about the cleanliness issue and they NEVER bothered to get back to us.
