The home is very comfortable. It’s very close to Sabino Canyon and the views of the Catalina Mountains from the back patio are exceptional. Also exceptional from the back patio are the nightly sunset views!

This is the second time we rented this house. Thank you for adding a piece of furniture in masterbedroom for hanging clothing.

Great neighborhood, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen for cooking. A few things could be improved but I would stay there again.

The house is very nice, beautiful concrete floor, spacious, nice outside sitting area with a lovely view of the mountains. Perfect location for cycling up Mount Lemmon. A large pack of coyotes walked through the property twice which was so great to see up close. This house has only the most basic general amenities of any vacation rental. Eg: No coffee filters. No placemats. Most basic supplies only. I was surprised there was dishwasher and laundry detergent. The livingroom TV stopped working on the first day and it was not replaced during our stay which was unfortunate. Great house, OK amenities.

Walnut Tree house is very nice, functional, comfortable, new with a practical floor plan, large kitchen and well located for access to local hiking. The bathrooms are very functional and comfortable. All appliances are new and in great working order and the housekeeping staff did a great job. We enjoyed our stay in this quiet area with friendly neighbors and visiting local wildlife. We stayed about 5 weeks and noticed that the house is mostly meant for shorter stays and is excellent for that purpose. For instance: The house can accommodate 6 for sleeping, and there is plenty of room but the dining table only has 4 chairs; upon first entering you'll notice there is nowhere to hang your jacket, hat, etc and nowhere for keys as in actually lived in homes; there is no closet access in the master bedroom; a laundry basket for holding your clothes between washing and drying would be nice; the kitchen could use a blender, coffee grinder, baking dishes for brownies, pies, cakes and cupcakes rather than just baking sheets and maybe a salad spinner; a place to dine with table and chairs outside would be nice. We found the management company to be extremely resistant to any suggestions along these lines though after a couple of weeks they did improve the garbage handling situation. If planning to stay here my advice is to very carefully look at the virtual tour video and the list of amenities. Do not assume anything and be sure to bring or buy(as we did) whatever items are important to you. We would like to stay here again, but not right away. I'll be keeping my eye on it and waiting for it to mature like a fine wine or cheese.

Our group enjoyed the porch so much! From a moonrise at 5 am to sunrises and sunsets, it was a wonderful respite from all of our daily outings throughout Phoenix. We also enjoyed the fire pit and stargazing! The kitchen was well-equipped. We cooked several nights, including steaks on the grill!
