House was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the house amenities and cool mountain air. Host was easily accessible and eager to assist if anything came up during our stay. Wifi connectivity was great!

This is our second year staying at the big blue house. It never disappoints. The house is beautiful. Everything is always so clean and tidy. There are always a few surprises hiding out the house, such as the speaker in the kitchen, the family board games in the living room, the amazing body wash and shampoo in the bathrooms that smell amazing. The outside view is breath taking beautiful. The host has been so good to us each and every time we have visited. This house has really spoiled us and has set the bar extremely high for any other vacation that we take. I can’t wait to return again next year for our third stay.

We enjoyed our stay. This house is in a neighborhood, but very private. Our family was very comfortable staying here. We had 7 adults and two babies. Not too far from some great hiking, awesome outlooks to the mountains and a few waterfalls, and plenty of shopping and eating a short drive from the house. We took time to enjoy the hot tub and the fire pit outside. The house had everything we needed. Loved the layout and all the games available. Definitely recommend! I would say we would be back, but we never like to stay in the same place twice - too many places to visit;-)

The house was lovely! It was clean and well appointed. There is pretty much everything you need in the kitchen. My family loved the board games (many to choose from) and the games in the garage. The only negative is that there could have been more hand towels for the bathrooms. Also, some cloths to wash dishes with other than the one sponge.

We had a great stay and have decided the location is perfect for us. Asheville is under 30 minutes drive and nearby Waynesville is a great place to spend the day. Access to hiking and scenic views on the Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway is under 30 minutes drive as well. The cabin itself is beautifully decorated and the layout is perfect for our family. The kids love the VIP room downstairs and we all enjoyed the hot tub with a view of the mountains. We have stayed here twice now and plan to come back next year.

This rental is on the side of mountain so it feels like you are up in the trees. Your own quiet treehouse. CLEAN, spacious, and well stocked rental. The amenities and house are described very well by host. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is about 5 minutes from the main road. So if you want action you have to go to it. If you want a retreat it is perfect. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the appliances, gadgets, cookware that you would need. FYI: there is no disposal. Beds were comfortable. All bedrooms had some type of drawer space. Two large closets in 2 of the bedrooms. 2 bedrooms no closets. Bathrooms were clean with lots of towels. Sitting areas were comfortable with good lighting. Lots of board games, puzzles and card games. In the garage was a pickle ball court, corn hole, foozeball, and darts. We did take advantage of the hot tub; however , a little cool to enjoy porch. We did not use fire pit but also a great touch. Driveway is steep along with road leading to house. If snowy I would think a 4wD would be a must. Host reached out to us numerous times before and towards end of our stay. Very easy to work with and very accommodating to our schedule. If we are back in the area , we would definitely stay again.
